The Research On The Prevention Of Crime Of Violence Against Doctor

In recent years,there have been frequent violent medical incidents in China,such as the case of Dr.Yang Wen of the General Hospital of civil aviation and the case of Dr.Tao Yong of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital.All of these vicious cases of violent medical injuries have hurt People’s hearts.Since 2020,at a critical time in the global fight against the new type of coronary pneumonia,countless health care workers are fighting in the front line of the epidemic,casting a solid wall to safeguard the health of the people,but the cases of violent medical injuries are still repeated.At present,the research on the crime of medical violence mostly focuses on the criminal,but ignores an important group--the victim.The author of the crime of violence injuries to the victims of medical research,hoping to provide some advice for our medical staff in the daily work,from the perspective of victims to strengthen prevention,reduce the occurrence of violence injuries.The author selected 86 effective cases from 2015 to 2020 through the refereeing documents network to carry on the empirical analysis,and summarized the characteristics of the criminals and victims,the nature of victimization,the causes of victimization and the results of victimization,with a view to the characteristics of the above-mentioned feasibility of the victim prevention measures.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the definition of the crime of medical violence and its victims.Through the careful study and collation of cases,first of all,from the angle of criminology,the author combs the understanding of the crime of violence injury to doctors from the angle of the perpetrator,the victim,the place of the crime and the manner of behavior,this paper puts forward a new viewpoint which is different from other scholars.Secondly,according to the theoretical knowledge of victim prevention,the author classifies the victims of violence injuries,summarizes their characteristics,and provides support for the countermeasures of victim prevention.The second part is the analysis of the status quo and the characteristics of the victims of the crime.By sorting out and analyzing the cases collected,the general characteristics of the current crime of violence against medical practitioners in China are summarized,and from the perspective of the victims,this paper sums up the biological characteristics of the victims,the time and space distribution of the victims and the characteristics of the consequences of the victims in 86 cases.The third part is the analysis of the harmful factors of the crime of violence injury to doctors.First of all,starting from the aspects of the victims’ victimization of the medical victims of violence,it is concluded and analyzed that the victims themselves are victimized because of their own mistakes and low awareness of prevention;second,starting from the factors causing the situation of harm,it is concluded that the relationship between doctors and patients is obviously opposite,the channel of adjusting medical disputes is not clear,and the early-warning measures of security are not perfect.The Fourth Part is the prevention countermeasure of the violent injury medical treatment being killed.On the basis of making clear the victim’s victimization and the factors causing the harm situation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of victimization prevention according to the actual situation of our country.First,from the angle of reducing the victim’s victimization,the medical staff should set up the service consciousness in their daily work,alleviate the antagonistic doctor-patient relationship in reality,improve their communication skills and strengthen their own medical technology level in the process of communicating with patients;In the daily work to improve self-protection ability,learn to identify potential offenders,strengthen the sense of crisis.Secondly,starting from reducing the factors causing harm,hospitals should strengthen their own service level,establish service-oriented hospitals,and give patients high-quality medical experience;hospitals should improve the hospital complaint mediation mechanism,in the face of patients’ complaints,we should respond to every case,strengthen the construction of security facilities in hospitals,provide a safe and stable working environment for the staff in medical places,and reduce the chance of criminals to commit crimes.
