Study On The Causes And Countermeasures Of Rural Left- Behind Children’s Victimization In China

Our country is in the period of social transformation,the process of urbanization is developing rapidly,and the population flow is becoming more and more frequent,which leads to the increasingly prominent problem of victimization of rural left-behind children and has become a stumbling block and potential threat in the process of building a new socialist countryside and a socialist harmonious society.This paper studies the problem of victimization of rural left-behind children.We not only hope to help the deep and systematic study of the deep reasons of the problem,to explore the measures to prevent rural left-behind of victimization,so as to protect legitimate rights and interests of the disadvantaged groups,but also hope to help the society to pay attention to and solve the plight of rural left-behind children,so as to promote healthy and happy growth of rural left-behind children,and cultivate a healthy and vigorous future for the nation and nation.From the theoretical perspective of sociology and criminology,this article adopts research methods such as literature research,case analysis,and interviews to systematically analyze the existence and infringement of rural left-behind children.This paper is divided into six parts:This article is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the topic,the significance and the theoretical basis of the topic,and determines the research direction of this paper through analysis of the research status at home and abroad.The second part,starting with the definition of relevant concepts,generalizes the social background,the basic status and the existence predicament of rural left-behind children,and provides the necessary background analysis and basic information for study on the infringement of rural left-behind children.The third part focuses on the typical crime types and typical cases of rural left behind children,and analyzes specific characteristics of rural leftbehind children’s infringed cases.The fourth part,combining typical types of crime in the previous article,analyzes the specific reasons for victimization of rural left-behind children,and systematically combs complicated reasons for the abduction,sex invasion and intentional victimization from many angles and many aspects.The fifth part is the further deepening of the last part of the content.This part not only analyzes victimization of victims of rural left-behind children from the perspective of individual subjective factors,but also analyzes social objective factors that lead to victimization of rural left-behind children from the macro aspect.The sixth part is to discuss the countermeasures of prevention and control.In this paper,combining characteristics of rural left-behind children,the internal and external factors and the actual situation of the rural society,this paper puts forward a solution to the aspects of the comprehensive strengthening of the family education,remolding the responsibility of schoolsupervision,increasing government input and policy support,and strengthening the judicial protection of the left behind children.From the perspective of victims,the analysis of rural left-behind children constitutes a more prominent research feature.On the basis of both domestic and foreign research,this paper not only analyzes causes of victimization of the left-behind children from the macro level,but also sums up typical types of the left-behind children,and provides a more systematic material and analysis for the in-depth understanding of the problem of rural left-behind children being infringed.It is found that the victimization of rural left-behind children is a complicated social problem associated with social transformation,which is not only related to social management gaps in the social transition period,but also closely related to victimization of the left-behind children,and victimization of the left-behind children also has prominent group characteristics.
