Abstract/Summary:
The balanced score card is a performance evaluation system that combines the long-term and short-term strategies of the target object from the four parts of finance,customers,process,learning and growth.The theory faces the shortcomings of the lack of multi-dimensional evaluation of target objects,effectively evaluates them from multiple angles,and balances the different needs of stakeholders,and raises them to a strategic level.For law firms,simple performance evaluation can no longer meet the current development.New performance evaluation methods need to be sought.The balanced scorecard came into being.As a new performance management method,it is breaking traditional performance.While evaluating the bottleneck,it integrates the strategic objectives of the law firm to form a complete performance evaluation system,and build a set of index systems suitable for its own development to conform to the trend.This change plays a very important role in improving the management level of law firms.Aiming at the shortcomings of current performance evaluation,analyzing the reasons,combined with the industry characteristics of law firms,integrated the balanced scorecard into the performance evaluation index system of GX Law Firm,which matches the continuous development of GX Law Firm.The establishment of this system has initially solved some of the problems existing in the current assessment system of law firms in my country.This article has conducted in-depth research from the following aspects:The first part is introduction.Explain the research background,research significance,basic research methods,and briefly explain the research content.In the second part,starting from the balanced scorecard,performance evaluation and the connection between the two,it reviews related theories and literature.The third part is the analysis of the current performance evaluation of GX law firm,expounds the basic situation of GX law firm and the current performance evaluation system,and analyzes the shortcomings of the current evaluation system and the reasons for the shortcomings.The fourth part is the adaptability of the balanced scorecard to the law firm.The balanced score card is a method of performance evaluation.When it is introduced into other fields,the applicability of it can be demonstrated,which can lay a theoretical foundation for the rationality of the establishment of a new performance evaluation index system.The fifth part is the design of the performance evaluation index system of GX law firm.Clarify the design principles this time,determine the primary and secondary indicators through the questionnaire survey method,combined with industry characteristics,and determine the weight of the indicators through the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method,using the data directly obtained from GX Law Firm Analyze it quantitatively,through comparison,design a reasonable and feasible performance evaluation system for the GX law firm,and the trial operation of the performance evaluation index system of GX law firm,and uses quantitative data to illustrate the implementation effect in the trial operation stage.The sixth part,summary and suggestions,summarizes the research conclusions of this article,comprehensively evaluates the designed index system,and analyzes some possible problems and deficiencies in the system.
