In recent years,the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers have been the subject of great social concern and attention.Comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization has been put forward in the No.1 central document for many years.For the "rural revitalization",rural cadres as the most grass-roots managers and the final executor of the policy concerning agriculture in the countryside,the importance of village cadres is beyond doubt.Giving full play to the role of village cadres is an important guarantee for the party and government to achieve success in various undertakings in rural areas.But in reality,part of village cadre work enthusiasm drops,a number of things are not going well.The performance evaluation system of village cadres is relatively backward,there are all kinds of problems,it is difficult to effectively stimulate the positive energy of village cadres.And then,there are relatively few studies on the performance evaluation of village cadres,the relevant system is not perfect enough,the performance evaluation model of village cadres lacks innovation.As a result,strengthen the study of performance evaluation of village cadres and optimize the performance evaluation system for village officials can better stimulate village cadre officer entrepreneurial enthusiasm,it is of great significance to the implementation of rural vitalization.This paper takes the performance evaluation system of village cadres in J District of T City as the research object,carefully analyzed the performance evaluation of village cadres in J district of T City.According to the relevant theory and my actual work,combine theory and research methods with practice,through questionnaires,field interviews and other methods,strive to explore and optimize the performance evaluation system for village cadres.It provides reference countermeasures and suggestions for J District of T City and other similar areas to study and improve the performance evaluation of village cadres.By searching relevant literature and works,I analyzed the research status at home and abroad,determined the research ideas and methods,expounded the relevant core concepts of performance evaluation of village cadres,and studied the relevant theories of performance evaluation.This paper introduces the current situation of the village cadre team and the performance evaluation of village cadres in J District,T City,combined with my work practice in the organization system,the results of special questionnaire and field interview.Summarized the existing five problems in the performance evaluation of village cadres in J District of T city,such as incomplete evaluation content,unreasonable evaluation cycle,imperfect communication mechanism,opaque evaluation system,and inadequate application of evaluation results,analyzes the causes of the existing problems and puts forward the optimization suggestions of scientific content,rationalization of cycle,normalization of mechanism,standardization of main body and differentiation of result application.It is hoped that the quality and efficiency of the evaluation system will be effectively improved,and village officials will be encouraged to take responsibility and perform well in the front line of rural revitalization.
