Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Protecting The Rights And Interests Of Children In Distress In Xinghua City

With the changes of social environment and family changes and other factors,the number of children in distress is increasing.In recent years,vicious incidents that hurt children have occurred frequently,so the protection of the rights and interests of children in distress has attracted extensive attention from the outside world.At the same time,the state and relevant departments have also issued many relevant laws and regulations on the protection of children in distress and the protection of the rights and interests of children in distress,and carried out pilot work in many governments to coordinate social development and strive to build a government led protection mechanism for the rights and interests of children in distress.For different regions,due to regional development,population mobility and other factors,there are great differences in the implementation of the protection of the rights and interests of children in distress,which makes it difficult to achieve the expected goal.Solving the problem of protecting the rights and interests of children in distress has become the key to promoting the harmonious development of society and a necessary condition for developing and improving the socialist modernization drive.However,the work challenges faced by the implementation of the new relevant policies and the protection of the rights and interests of children in distress have also increased.How to ensure the effective implementation of the protection of the rights and interests of children in distress and fully safeguard the rights and interests of children in distress have become a key topic of research and discussion in all sectors of society.Based on literature research,through questionnaire survey and field interview,this paper understands the current situation of the protection of the rights and interests of children in distress in Xinghua City.Under the guidance of holistic governance theory,public governance theory and collaborative governance theory,through analysis and research,it is found that the protection of the rights and interests of children in distress in Xinghua City faces the following problems:the form of protection of the rights and interests of children in distress is single,the content does not match the demand,the lack of protection resources and professionals,the dispersion of protection policies Insufficient guarantee and lack of effective information collection and integration channels.The main forming factors behind the research and analysis of the problems are:the investigation and Research on the protection of the rights and interests of children in distress is not deep and detailed,the problem orientation is not highlighted,the protection mechanism is imperfect,the service force is weak,the policy implementation is weak,the connection between policies is lack,the departments lack linkage,and pay no attention to the later feedback.In view of the reasons,combined with the specific reality of the protection of the rights and interests of children in distress in Xinghua City,this paper puts forward the protection strategies led by Xinghua municipal government and the joint participation of various functional departments and social organizations,mainly including:careful investigation to households,accurate registration and filing to people,improving the protection mechanism,paying attention to the healthy development of children,strengthening the protection,building a harmonious growth environment,gathering forces of all sessions,building a diversified service platform and so on.
