Legal Regulation Of Medical Care Combined With Private Operation Institutions

With the deepening of China ’s aging population,the number of the elderly and the disabled elderly is also increasing,which brings serious challenges to the high-quality development of China ’s economy and society.With the change of people ’ s concept,the traditional pension model cannot meet the dual needs of medical care and pension for the elderly.After the “ Healthy China Strategy ”was proposed in 2016,the state further promoted the integration of medical care and health care.The traditional private pension institutions have also complied with the development trend of the national strategy,turning from supporting only but not medical care to a new model of medical care integration.However,some problems have also been exposed in the process of providing medical care services,such as incomplete performance of contractual obligations,lack of medical qualifications,low-level and decentralized effectiveness of relevant legislation.Therefore,in view of the legal problems existing in the medical care services of private pension institutions in China,this paper deeply analyzes the reasons behind them,and puts forward targeted feasible suggestions combined with the original knowledge reserve.In the research content,is divided into five parts.The first part : mainly introduces the concept and characteristics of private pension institutions.Through the introduction of the concept and different modes of the combination of medical care and pension,leads to the combination of medical care and pension service mode;the object and characteristics of this study are limited by the classification of institutional pension.The second part : mainly introduces the theory of medical care combined with private pension institutions to provide medical care services.The medical care service provided by medical care combined with private pension institutions is an overall systematic project.The legal regulation of medical care service is also an important part of modern social governance,which requires the participation of multiple subjects.Therefore,in the process of providing medical and nursing services in private pension institutions,we should adhere to the concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,starting from co-construction and co-governance,and provide better services for the elderly according to the hierarchy of needs theory,laying the foundation for the following research.The third part : the main analysis of medical care combined with private pension institutions to provide medical care services in the process of legal problems.The fourth part :through the analysis of the legal problems exposed in the process of providing medical care services in private pension institutions,from the imbalance between supply and demand,industry standards,legal supervision,legislation and other aspects to find the crux of the problem.The fifth part : According to the analysis of the above problems and the causes of the problems,from the two macro aspects of incentive and supervision to find a perfect path,in order to promote the healthy development of medical care combined with private pension institutions.
