With the increasing aging of Chinese society,it is increasingly urgent to accelerate the deep integration of medical and elderly care resources and promote the rapid and high-quality development of medical and elderly care institutions. The integration of medical care and elderly care is of great significance for achieving active and healthy aging,as well as meeting the increasingly diverse and diverse needs of the elderly population for healthy elderly care services.Vigorously developing the elderly care industry is a response strategy proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to accelerate the coordinated development of home and community, and to establish a comprehensive elderly care service system that deeply integrates medical and health care.In February 2022,the State Council issued the "14th Five Year Plan for the Development of National Elderly Care and Elderly Care Service System",which clearly proposes to integrate the positive concept of aging and the concept of healthy aging throughout the country’s economic and social development, increase institutional innovation, increase policy supply and financial investment, and continuously make new progress in the areas of providing for the elderly, providing medical care for the elderly, providing services for the elderly, and enjoying the elderly. In August 2022,the National Health Commission and 11 other departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of Medical and Elderly Care Integration",proposing countermeasures to promote medical and elderly care integration, which are to optimize the supply of elderly care services, actively respond to the aging population, improve the satisfaction of the elderly population, and increase their sense of gain and happiness. The combination of medical care and elderly care is a new elderly care model that has emerged in recent years, which not only extends the medical functions of medical institutions, but also helps to enrich and expand the elderly care model. It is a positive innovation and attempt to address the issue of aging. The C Group Medical and Nursing Center project is currently the largest comprehensive medical and nursing integrated elderly care center in Jiangxi Province. This thesis is based on the research topic of the C Group Medical and Nursing Center, based on the demand hierarchy theory and the three-dimensional theory of quality evaluation, the basic theory is to study the contradiction between the supply and demand subjects of the research object, grasp the service quality status of the medical and nursing center, and identify the drawbacks in the service of the medical and nursing center,It was found that the main problems in the service quality of C Group’s medical care center include insufficient refinement of service content, insufficient supply capacity of medical services, the need to improve the quality of nursing services, and a lack of professional medical staff to provide psychological counseling for the elderly. The causes of service quality problems were analyzed, and targeted suggestions were proposed to strengthen and improve service supply, enrich and expand service models, and strengthen professional talent cultivation Improve service quality optimization measures in areas such as personnel selection and employment mechanisms. The research results of this thesis can be applied to the general practice of C Group’s medical and nursing centers, and also provide some suggestions for optimizing the quality of medical and nursing integrated elderly care services in similar institutions in the industry. It can provide a certain theoretical reference for improving medical and nursing integrated elderly care services in this industry.
