Study On Marx’s Thought Of State Governance And Its Contemporary Value

The third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform is to improve and develop the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and modernize China’s system and capacity for governance.How to realize the modernization of national governance is not only a practical problem,but also an overall systematic theoretical problem.This study is mainly carried out from two aspects:one is to sort out Marx’s thoughts on state governance based on Marx’s works and the background of his time;Second,on the theoretical basis of Marx’s thought of state governance,the author explores its value in the practice of socialist state governance with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is an important focus of the study of Marx’s thoughts on state governance in the future to place the problem of state governance in the systematic theoretical framework of Marx’s thoughts on State governance and examine the difficult problems that need to be faced and solved in the process of modernization of state governance during the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In view of this,this study based on Marx’s works and texts from a relatively broad and rich connotation of understanding and grasp Marx’s thought of national governance.National governance is a concept integrating dynamic,historical and developmental characteristics.It includes state governance,state management and social governance.Therefore,this research according to the historical process of the development of society,combed the main content of Marx’s governance,and argues that Marx’s governance thought mainly according to the following contexts:state rule in a pre-capitalist society,country rule and country management in capitalist society,transition from state management to social governance in socialist society period,and the social governance in the period of stateless communist society.Among them,Marx mainly studied the state governance in different social forms from the three dimensions of governance subject,governance mode and governance essence.After understanding and grasping Marx’s thought of state governance,we can get its three basic characteristics,that is,the criticism based on proletarian stand,the practicality based on historical materialism,and the scientific nature in line with the inevitable trend of history.Based on the realistic development needs of the modernization of national governance,this study focuses on exploring the main ways to realize the gradual transformation from the function of class ruling to the function of social service in the contemporary value part of Marx’s thought of national governance:to realize the diversification of governance subjects;to change the concept of governance,innovation of governance;to optimize the governance structure and coordinate governance relations.In order to truly realize national governance,it is necessary to complete the transformation from the former capitalist state governance to the capitalist state governance,and then to the transformation from the class ruling function under the dictatorship of the proletariat to the social service function,and finally to realize the union of free men.
