Research On The Service Function Of Gensi Government For New Squires Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Squire culture has a long history and is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.The construction and development of rural society cannot be separated from the help and promotion of new squires.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy for the first time,and the Central No.1 document took rural revitalization and solving the "three rural issues" as the core of the policy of that year.It can be seen that in the new era,rural development has become the top priority of the work of the whole party and the whole society.new squires are an important force in promoting and implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Rural revitalization is inseparable from the full support of new squires.How to make new squires better serve rural revitalization requires local governments to play their roles in organizational leadership,management coordination,and institutional guarantees.This paper aims at the research on the role of new squires in rural revitalization,trying to provide experience and reference for related issues in similar townships,and provide reference cases for promoting the modernization of grassroots social governance system and governance capacity.This research takes the service role of the Gensi Township government to new squires as the research theme,and uses the methods of questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the service role and effect of the Gensi Township government to new squires under the background of rural revitalization.The shortcomings of the government’s work and the deep-seated reasons.Finally,combined with the local reality,put forward the suggestions and countermeasures of Gensi Township government on how to better serve new squires.The research results show that:1.Generally speaking,the government of Gensi Township actively organizes public opinion and activity publicity in the service of new squires,attaches great importance to excavation and selection of talents,establishes and improves the working mechanism,improves the relevant policy system,builds a platform to play its role,and gives full play to it.It has played a role in organizational management,operation guarantee,synergy and guidance,which has further strengthened the team of new squires,steadily developed the economy based on homesickness,significantly improved the local style and culture,and effectively improved the ecological environment.2.Combined with relevant questionnaires,carry out a survey of villagers’ perceptions of new squires’participation in rural revitalization,and understand the effect of the government’s role from a side view.3.There are certain deficiencies in the service of rural revitalization by new squires,which are mainly reflected in the lack of pertinence of the government’s instructive policies for new squires,the low enthusiasm for new squires to participate in rural revitalization,the effect of new squires’ organization is not ideal,and the construction of new squires’ team is weak.4.After analysis,the main reasons for the above mentioned deficiencies in the work of the Gensi Township government are that,insufficient guidance and service for new squires to participate in rural revitalization,imperfect incentive measures for new squires,imperfect organization and management mechanism for new squires,and relevant policies fail to effectively attract and retain new squires.According to the theoretical analysis and practical research,combined with the current reality of the Gesni Township govenment,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures:first,strengthen the pertinence of policies to ensure the role of the new squires;Organize and manage the mechanism to optimize the development of the township council;the fourth is to increase the cultivation of new townspeople and strengthen the team of new townspeople.
