Measurement Of Public Government Satisfaction And Analysis Of Influencing Factors In China

With the continuous development of society and the promotion of service-oriented government,the relationship between the public and the government is becoming closer and closer.As the public’s perception and evaluation of the quality of government services,government satisfaction can not only help us understand the current public’s recognition of the government’s work,but also help the government’s self-examination and self correction,make better decisions for the people,and have a strong reference significance for the government to further strengthen and improve its own construction.So,what is the satisfaction of China’s public government?What factors will affect the level of satisfaction?These are all questions that need us to explore.From the perspective of the public,this paper studies based on the data of China’s comprehensive social situation survey（2019）.The demonstration is divided into two parts.Firstly,the index system of public government satisfaction is established by using analytic hierarchy process（AHP）and combined with government functions.Then,the satisfaction of government and various fields is measured by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the model of AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is completed.Secondly,with the help of ordered logistic model,taking the public’s social attitude,socio-economic status,political participation and civil affairs communication as the main variables,this paper studies the impact of the above factors on government satisfaction from the level of government public interaction and the level of the public itself.The research shows that:first,at present,the government satisfaction of the public in China is at the upper and middle level.Specifically,the public’s satisfaction with the natural and social environment,public service and government work is relatively high,and the satisfaction with economic development,social justice and social security is relatively low.In the future,we should focus on strengthening the construction of these three aspects;Second,after controlling the individual characteristic variables of the public,the social attitude,socio-economic status and political participation of the public are positively correlated with government satisfaction,but the variable of civil affairs communication inhibits the improvement of government satisfaction.Through analysis,we find that the reason for this phenomenon may be the strong openness of the network and the untimely update of authoritative information,resulting in the reduction of the credibility of network information,Have a negative impact on the government.Therefore,in the future work,we should further broaden the government’s information disclosure channels,adhere to innovative guidance,strengthen service thinking,and respond to public opinion concerns in time.At the same time,we should actively cultivate civil society,create a fair and democratic social atmosphere,promote public political participation,and finally achieve the purpose of improving public government satisfaction.
