Analysis On Influencing Factors Of Villagers’Participation In Autonomy In Maji Village,Haidong City,Qinghai Province

In order to meet the needs of new rural construction in the new era,the state has formulated the Rural Revitalization Strategy under the new situation,determined the goal of "effective governance" with new rural ideas,and constructed the construction of a new rural governance system.As an important part of the rural governance system,villagers’ autonomy is not only the closest to farmers’ daily life,but also the key element that can stimulate farmers’ initiative.Taking Maji village in Haidong city as a case,taking villagers’ participation as the research perspective,starting from the subject of autonomy,this paper puts forward practical and effective suggestions to solve many problems existing in autonomy.Maji village is located in the middle of Huzhu Tu Autonomous County,Haidong city.It is an administrative village inhabited by Han,Tu and Tibetan for generations.Maji village sits on the sea of flowers of "Youzui bay" and vigorously develops tourism.It is a famous tourism village far and near.The village has a large permanent population and has been selected as a demonstration village of Rural Revitalization Strategy and rural civilization all year round.It has many advantages in studying villagers’ autonomy.This paper studies the influencing factors of villagers’ participation in autonomy.Through the questionnaire interview with villagers in Maji village,it is found that the villagers’ participation in autonomy in Maji village is high.At the same time,there are also some problems in Maji village autonomy,including villagers’ quality and sense of responsibility,channels of autonomy participation,ideas and abilities of village cadres and so on.The orderly logistic model is used to further analyze the factors affecting villagers’ participation in autonomy.The influencing factors mainly involve two dimensions: democratic decision-making and democratic management.In view of the problems and influencing factors,in order to further improve the participation of Maji village autonomy,it is necessary to improve the villagers’ autonomy,enhance the villagers’ recognition of the system,improve the quality of farmers and improve the expression channels of autonomy from the subject and object of villagers’ autonomy;Clarify the responsibilities of the government,strengthen the training of villagers’ cadres and attract young talents;Strengthen the construction of the rule of law in rural areas,improve the rules and regulations of the village,and promote the return of farmers.
