Search On Safe Community Construction Of Duzhou Street In Changshou District Of Chongqing

Safety is the basic problem and pursuit of the whole society.The government has the obligation and responsibility to protect the masses from harm.Safe community has been proved to be a reasonable means to improve people’s safety awareness,reduce harm and promote the comprehensive construction of community by practice at home and abroad for many years.This article first makes a brief overview of the relevant information around the safe community,including the research background,research purpose and significance,as well as research overview,in order to provide theoretical basis and research methods for the construction of safe community on the ferry street.The main research methods in this paper are literature research and investigation.Sixteen villages(communities)in Duzhou Street were investigated,and 10%of the total households in the district were sampled to ensure the effectiveness of the survey.Through the questionnaire survey,the author found that the concept of the residents’ safe community is not strong,the department linkage is not high,the acceptance method is single,the supporting facilities are not perfect,and the participation of the masses is not high.Through the analysis of expert discussion,the reasons for these problems are:inadequate propaganda of ideas,insufficient financial support,weak leading departments and the lack of long-term construction.Through searching for problems,analyzing the causes,consulting a large number of literature and interviews,the author puts forward the following ideas for improvement:to strengthen publicity,fully understand the importance of building a safe community;to strengthen leadership,establish a human and financial security system;to establish a full coverage of the injury monitoring system;to establish a long-term mechanism,improve the evaluation system.Unified and practical work.
