Research On Safety Management Of HB Shopping Mall

On October 29,2017,the general office of the State Council issued the implementation measures of fire safety responsibility system,which clarified the main responsibility of the unit in terms of fire safety,emphasized the principle of self inspection of fire safety,self removal of hidden dangers and self responsibility,and stipulated the responsibilities of fire safety responsible person and fire safety manager.The business area of HB large-scale comprehensive shopping mall is 230000 square meters.In order to fulfill the fire safety management responsibility,the park themed shopping center has established the corresponding management system,carried out the fire related training and prepared the emergency rescue plan,but there are still deficiencies in the fire safety management work.This paper takes the fire safety situation of HB large-scale comprehensive shopping mall as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of the fire safety management of HB large-scale comprehensive shopping mall.Combined with the fire safety characteristics of HB large-scale comprehensive shopping mall,it is found that Hb large-scale comprehensive shopping mall has weak awareness of fire safety management,lack of fire safety management system,heavy formalization of fire safety management,and lack of fire risk Four aspects of hedging mechanism.In order to better perform the responsibility of preventing and controlling fire hazards of enterprises,Hb large-scale comprehensive shopping malls put forward targeted improvement plans,introduced PDCA fire safety management measures,improved the fire safety management awareness of enterprises,improved the system construction,strengthened the fire safety supervision of shopping malls,acquired fire insurance,and comprehensively solved the existing problems in fire safety management of shopping malls from the above aspects.At the same time,through strengthening the investment of fire safety management funds and personnel training,the assessment of personnel should be strengthened.The shopping mall introduces a third-party organization to assist the shopping mall in carrying out fire safety work,reducing the risk of responsibility,and builds a multi-channel fire safety hazard investigation mechanism,as well as the Internet of things fire remote monitoring system and other safeguard measures,and actively communicates and cooperates with the local fire brigade,effectively ensuring the effectiveness of fire safety management in Hb large-scale comprehensive shopping mall.
