Research On Fire Safety Management Of Shopping Malls

With the development of the shopping malls,the fire safety supervision of the shopping malls occupies an increasingly prominent position in the management of public safety.The rise of large one-stop shopping centers has injected fresh blood into the commercial complex.The structure and function of the commercial complex are becoming more and more complex,the internal passenger flow is increasing,and its public products and private property gather,which have formed a barrier for the optimization of the fire safety management.This leads to the object of this paper,the fire safety management of shopping malls.The purpose of this study is to strengthen the fire safety supervision of the shopping malls,reduce the risk of fire in advance to do a good job of prevention,reduce the loss when the fire occurs,and do a good job in the follow-up supervision and other topics.Based on the characteristics of the shopping malls in Tianjin,the characteristics of the shopping malls fire safety management and the relevant laws and regulations related to the city complex,this paper studies the fire safety management of the shopping malls.In this paper,taking the case of the A commercial building in Tianjin as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the problems of fire safety management in Tianjin city complex:the number and quality of the fire supervision personnel and the quality are not reached,the law enforcement department is poor in safety inspection,the complex of the complex management and the low consciousness of responsibility and responsibility,and the legal law of fire safety management.The rules are not perfect,social security consciousness is missing,and so on.The main reasons are as follows:the unreasonable staffing and audit of the fire control department,the imperfect government law enforcement,the dynamic and diversified supervision of the shopping malls,the unclear legal responsibility among the different regulators and the lack of public supervision effectiveness.According to the case analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions for the fire safety management of the shopping malls are put forward,that is,from the prevention point of view,to improve the staffing method of the supervision department,to build the social supervision network of the voluntary nature,to diversify the fire safety education and to improve the training mode of the fire management assessment,and to set up an integrated emergency response from the angle of response.Management team,strengthen the supervision of law enforcement and responsibility,strengthen the coverage of the micro fire station;from the development point of view,clear the responsibilities of the security inspection team,improve the fire information statistics database,build a complex security assessment system,and actively fill the legal gap.
