| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has further deepened various reforms,and the grass-roots social governance model has become more and more diversified.The main theme of this paper is how the county-level Communist Youth League organizations participate in the grass-roots social governance path under the background of the new era.The Communist Youth League is an advanced Youth League Organization under the leadership of the party and an excellent assistant and reserve force of our party.The Communist Youth League is responsible for the cause of the party,educating,uniting and leading the youth;Give full play to the role of state power as a social pillar;Play the role of the party and the government as a bridge between the young people and reflect the wishes and voices of the young people.We should take the initiative to participate in various social reforms and make greater contributions to the grass-roots social governance.Based on the Communist Youth League D county Party committee,this paper makes an in-depth study of it.By using the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and investigation,it combs and analyzes the specific situation of its participation in grass-roots social governance,and finds out various problems in the process of its participation in Governance: first,the lack of participation;Second,the scope involved is narrow;Third,the form of participation is not targeted;Fourth,the working methods are too old;Fifthly,the effect of governance can not keep long-term.The main reasons are as follows: Lack of sufficient understanding of the needs of job-hunting and entrepreneurship,inadequate protection of the rights and interests of young people,and inaccurate positioning lead to unclear action direction,insufficient organizational innovation,and no long-term financial support.For the above problems,this paper puts forward the relevant optimization path,mainly: give full play to its role in connecting with the masses,break the old working mode,clarify the central work in the process of its participation,further improve the organizational system,and constantly promote the purchase of government service mechanism.Constructing and optimizing the participation path of county-level Communist Youth League organizations has a positive effect on giving full play to their role in grassroots social governance. |
