Research On Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Human Settlement Environment Quality In Xinhuang Village,Da’an City

Since the reform and opening up,with the development of the economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the income and material living standards of rural residents have also been continuously improved.However,human settlement problems have frequently appeared,with crossflow of sewage,piles of garbage,and mottled houses,seriously affecting The village appearance.According to relevant data,in the whole country,the proportion of villages where domestic waste is not treated centrally accounts for nearly 1/4;the proportion of villages where domestic sewage is not treated centrally accounts for nearly 4/5;the infrastructure construction is backward,and the basic public services are backward.Villages accounted for nearly 1/3.President Xi Jinping emphasized that "ecology and livability" occupies a prominent position in the rural revitalization strategy,and it is imperative to improve the rural human settlement environment.The No.1 Central Document in 2020 proposes to speed up the plan to make up for the shortcomings of rural infrastructure and public services when building a well-off society in an all-round way,so as to effectively improve the sense of gain,happiness,and security of rural residents.Comparatively speaking,the rural human settlement environment is far inferior to the urban human settlement environment.As a major agricultural country in the world,my country’s rural population has long accounted for a large proportion of the total population.To improve the happiness and security of rural residents,the key is to solve the problem of rural human settlements.This paper collects and sorts out a large amount of literature on the improvement of human settlements,selects Xinhuang Village in Da’an City as the research object,and uses the theories of rural human settlements improvement and sustainable development to carry out related research,through questionnaire survey method and interview method.Field investigations were conducted on the current status of the living environment in Xinhuang Village,and scientific and reasonable suggestions and countermeasures were put forward on how to optimize the rural living environment and improve rural public services.This paper takes the evaluation of the human settlement environment quality and countermeasures in Xinhuang Village,Da’an City as the research focus.The paper is divided into four main parts to discuss:The first part: mainly introduces the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research summary of the selected topic,and at the same time introduces the research content and technical route of the paper and clarifies the research methods used in this article.Define the related concepts and theoretical basis used in the thesis,and elaborate the theoretical tools used in the writing process of this article,including the traditional theory of "Harmony between Man and Nature",sustainable development theory,and public governance theory.The second part: Through searching for relevant information and conducting field investigations,master and explain the current situation of human settlement environment governance in Xinhuang Village,Anguang Town,Da’an City and the current problems of rural human settlement environment governance in Xinhuang Village.The third part: constructs the Xinhuang Village human settlement environment quality evaluation system by analyzing the existing research results and combining field investigation,and constructing the model by using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and analyzing and summarizing the existing problems of the rural human settlement environment in the study area.The fourth part: According to the existing problems in the living environment of Xinhuang Village,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the living environment management of Xinhuang Village,Da’an City are put forward.Problems in the village:wanton discharge of domestic sewage,lack of domestic sewage treatment facilities,random garbage disposal,slow toilet changes,insufficient supply of public services and facilities,and lack of spiritual life for villagers.The main reason lies in the fact that the villagers have a low level of education and have not yet established awareness of environmental protection and hygiene.According to the existing problems,corresponding optimization countermeasures are proposed:(1)Increase the publicity and supervision of environmental protection in the village;(2)Supervise and control the burning of straw and reduce the use of pesticides and fertilizers;(3)Improve the green environment of the village;(4)Improve the domestic sewage Treatment;(6)Improving road hardening;(7)Repairing public toilets,and continuing to promote the renovation of household toilets;(8)Adding street lights and other specific countermeasures to improve the living environment of the new barren village due to the village’s policy to achieve a balanced and beautiful countryside.
