| As the basic ability of the survival of digital society,information literacy plays an important role in the promotion of rural revitalization in my country.The cadres stationed in the village are intellectual resources that are selected by government agencies at all levels and state-owned enterprises and institutions to be sent to the grassroots level of the countryside to help rural development.Through the practice of poverty alleviation,this group is embedded in the rural construction talent team.The development of aspects has an important role.At present,there is no evaluation system for the information literacy of cadre groups in villages,and the level of information literacy of this group is difficult to get effective evaluation.By establishing the establishment of the information literacy evaluation system of cadres in the village,this article can quantify the level of information literacy of the group,and find that inadequate and targeted information literacy education can be found,thereby promoting the level of information literacy of the group.The development of rural economy in my country is lagging behind.On the one hand,the backward production method leads to insufficient power.On the other hand,information occlusion leads to the limitation of the sales of agricultural products.Essence The author found that more and more village cadres in villages used their own information capabilities to use the Internet platform to promote rural characteristics and rural agricultural products to attract foreign capital and help agricultural products out of the mountains and promote rural economic development.From a practical perspective,the information literacy of cadres in villages in villages has obvious effects on rural governance,economy,and service improvement.Through the investigation,the author shows that the information literacy of cadres in the village in village is uneven,and the emphasis on information literacy is insufficient.The reason is that the lack of information literacy for the group,and the level of information literacy is difficult to quantify.This study is based on the above problems that need to be solved.By drawing on the previous academic achievements of the relevant scholars,and the author’s preliminary interviews with the author,combine the theory of systematic theory,collaborative governance theory,digital survival theory,etc.The literacy evaluation system is in order to guide the resolving realistic dilemma in the information literacy of cadre group in the village,and promote the improvement of the group’s information literacy.First of all,this article has sorted out the previous research literature of relevant scholars in the early stage,clarified the current status of information literacy evaluation research at home and abroad,summarized the concepts and connotations related to information literacy evaluation,and Information literacy evaluation has explained and defined the concept.Secondly,based on the research results of previous scholars and the results of pre-adjustment of the previous period,the information literacy evaluation framework is formulated,and then the scientific nature of the evaluation system is inspected through group decision-making.Again,based on the evaluation system of the previous article,a hierarchical structure model is established,the comparative matrix is constructed,and the layer analysis method is used to calculate the index weight through the group decision-making method.Finally,this article explores the practical application of the information literacy evaluation index system in the ethnic area through empirical research methods.According to the previous indicator system,the cadre information literacy questionnaire in village cadres is designed,and the Guizhou Qianxinan Buyi Miao Autonomous Prefecture is selected as the research site.According to the feedback data,a brief data analysis is performed,and the empirical inspection is conducted through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to provide a reference for the implementation of the evaluation system.In Chapter 6,this article mainly summarizes the full text,discusses the research results of this article,discuss the shortcomings,and prospects for the follow-up research direction of the information literacy of cadres in the village. |
