In recent years,with the transformation and development of social situation and increasingly fierce industry competition,job burnout has gradually become a common occupational problem.Township civil servants,as the specific executor of relevant policies of the central government and government departments at all levels,connect with multiple departments above,and directly face the people below.The work intensity is large,but the salary level is relatively low.Working in this unbalanced state of mind for a long time is bound to cause occupational burnout in the work.Therefore,it is of great significance for promoting the management of township government,shaping the government image and maintaining social harmony and stability to explore the problem of occupational burnout of township civil servants,find out the causes of occupational burnout and put forward feasible countermeasures.Taking tangshan L county township civil servants as the research object,the research on job burnout in the process of three dimensions theory,the competence of the matching theory and social work theory,on the basis of paper,in the form of questionnaire and interview to tangshan L all civil servants work present situation,carried on the thorough investigation and research the causes of job burnout.The survey results show that civil servants in county L of tangshan have a low degree of job burnout,among which emotional exhaustion has the highest score,which proves that civil servants in county L have a serious degree of emotional exhaustion in work.Job burnout of civil servants in L county and township is affected to different degrees by the three levels of individual,organization and society.At the organizational level,the performance in the organizational environment and management system is relatively outstanding;At the social level,it includes three aspects:the pressure brought by social transformation,the pressure caused by social supervision and the impact of social evaluation on image dwarfing.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions to alleviate the job burnout of civil servants in L county and township from the three levels of individual,organization and society.On the individual level,it includes cultivating good personality characteristics,correcting the deviation of expectation and reality,adapting to the division of labor of township work,and effectively eliminating the confusion of role paradox.At the organizational level,the work environment should be diversified,incentives,training,performance appraisal,promotion and mobility should be improved.The social level focuses on the transformation from establishing reasonable expectations,guiding the media to voice correctly and strengthening social support.
