In the daily work of the T City Development and Reform Commission,it can be found that many civil servants have a certain degree of job burnout,which is manifested in psychological and behavioral aspects.Psychological aspects: The negative cognitive mood,attention and memory decline brought about by factors such as work pressure and workload,which in turn affect work efficiency and work enthusiasm;Boredom at work leads to a loss of responsibility,avoidance of work responsibilities,and a reduced sense of self-worth.Behavioral aspects: began to appear negative work,work attitude apathy,late early retirement,poor interpersonal relations and other phenomena,causing work errors and work contradictions.It is the starting point of this study to explore the causes and countermeasures of the job burnout of public servants in T City Development and Reform Commission.To understand their job burnout and find corresponding solutions will help to improve the administrative level and efficiency of T City Development and Reform Commission.Based on the development and reform committee of T city,this study analyzes the problem and current situation of job burnout of public servants of T city development and reform Commission,and explores the internal relationship between the status quo and influencing factors.Based on the field interviews,this study used the questionnaire to investigate deeply the job burnout problem and job burnout status of the civil servants of the T City Development and Reform Commission.Using various statistical and mathematical analysis methods such as factor analysis,we conclude that the public servants of the T City Development and Reform Commission are at a moderate degree of burnout.Age,education and working years are demographic variables that are significantly related to the job burnout of civil servants of the T City Development and Reform Commission.Gender,marital status and position are not demographic variables that are significantly related to the job burnout of civil servants of the T City Development and Reform Commission;In terms of influencing factors,interpersonal problems,division of responsibilities,promotion system,salary and benefits,and job belonging in the organization have the predictability to the job burnout of the civil servants of the T City Development and Reform Commission;Rotation system,training system and work-family conflict have no prediction to the job burnout of civil servants in T City Development and Reform Commission.Finally,according to the conclusion of the analysis,the intervention countermeasures are put forward.The countermeasures mainly include 4 aspects: 1 building a harmonious organization atmosphere,2 optimizing the Civil Servant Management System,3 carrying out civil servant career management,4 strengthening the Party building work.And through the organization and system for protection. |
