| In recent years,in the process of aging in China,the content of elderly home care services has been continuously updated,and the quality and level of services have gradually improved.However,with the demand for elderly home care services,there is diversity and multi-level Changes,the previous unchanging service methods urgently need to adapt to these emerging new demands and new problems,and make corresponding adjustments and changes.Although the mental health and spiritual comfort of the elderly are also an important part of the elderly social work,due to the relatively poor physical condition of the elderly,some elderly diseases generally have distinct age characteristics,and more and more elderly people Focusing on his own health problems,the government and other relevant departments have also paid attention to this change,and have begun to advocate the "health-care combination" of old-age care services,and strive to achieve the goal of healthy aging.In this context,what kind of innovative practice will be generated by the community home care service,which provides the author with creative ideas.The author will look for the research direction from the research direction of his own,that is,the field of social service management,select the topic within the scope of social work practice for the elderly,and select the practical research on social work intervention in the community home care service under the background of medical and health--in Haidian District,Beijing xx The community as an example,with the help of a social work service center in Beijing,this internship platform is intended to intervene in a series of practical research on community-based aged care services in a city in Beijing,and summarize the involvement of social workers in the context of medical care.Ways to enrich the practical experience of social work in the elderly in China,and provide innovative ideas and methods for home-based care services,so that the elderly in urban communities can achieve “old age”.This article focuses on the following points :(1)Taking Maslow’s demand theory and social support theory as the theoretical support,through the participatory observation method,semi-structured interview method and questionnaire survey method to determine the demand for home care(2)services for the elderly residents of xx community;(3)Explain the specific implementation process of practice,conduct process evaluation and result evaluation of practice,and summarize the problems and dilemmas in the process of practice,that is,the administrative impact is obvious during the implementation of the practice,the social support network is slow to build,and the social workers The method of linking resources is too singular and analyzes the reasons;(4)In the context of medical and health care,social work involves urban community home care,how to integrate professional medical resources into community home care services,maximize the effectiveness of the two to serve the elderly,and propose policy recommendations: the government should continue To increase capital investment,social work organizations should improve their social recognition by strengthening their own management,establish a medical resource pool to integrate favorable resources,and broaden the link channels.Social workers continue to improve their professionalism and work autonomy. |
