Research On The Construction Of College Students’ Service-Oriented Party Organization In The New Era

As the primary-level organization embedded by Chinese Communist Party,the College students’party organization represents the core and leadership of college students.It plays the role of the joint point of the interaction and communication between college students and the party committee of colleges and universities.With its large number and range,the effect achievement of its functions directly determines the ruling status of the party,college talents training goals,and the overall situation of China’s socialist modernization course.The new era poses a tremendous influence on the traditional mode on function location of college party organizations.This further brings about the continuous weakening of its political status and as a matter of fact,it,to a large extent,weakens the capacity of college party organizations in communication and interaction with college students’ community and decreasing the influence of these organizations in college student community as well which further does harm to the ruling status of Chinese Communist Party in colleges and universities.The problem of insufficient effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students caused by insufficient self-education ability of college students has also become increasingly prominent.For solving these existing problems,it is an efficient method to build up a service-oriented college students’ party.This paper strictly analyzes the construction of service-oriented party organization in colleges and universities in the context of comprehensively strengthening the party discipline,improving the scientific level,pushing forward integrated reform of high education and boosting construction quality.Based on the Marxist theory of party construction and the theory of ideological and political education,and drawing on the multidisciplinary theory and research results,it is devoted to researching and exploring how to effectively integrate various components in the process of building a service-oriented party organization to enhance the political function of the college studuents’ party organization and the self-education ability of college student party members,and the deep integration of the party building work and ideological and political education of college students.The content and structure of this research are mainly from the following four levels:The first part is the construction of the problem analysis framework and the study of the theoretical dimension of the research,mainly reflected in the first chapter,the second chapter and the third chapter.Specifically,the first chapter summarizes the research background,research significance,research status,research ideas,research methods,research content,research framework,and research innovations of college students’ service-oriented party organization construction.The second chapter outlines the basic theoretical framework of this work and establishes the basic theoretical analysis framework of the research.The third chapter studies the theoretical foundation,theoretical premise concepts and the theoretical basis of the research.The second part is based on the problem analysis framework constructed in the previous article.It analyzes and examines the phenomenon dimension of college students’ service-oriented party organization construction,which is mainly reflected in the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter.Specifically,the fourth chapter conducts a historical investigation of the party building work of our party in the college socialist group during the socialist revolution and construction,the decade of the Cultural Revolution,the reform and opening up,and the new era period.The fifth chapter makes a realistic investigation on the status quo,the dilemma and the reasons for the construction of service-oriented party organizations in colleges and universities.The third part based on the background and requirements of the construction of grassroots party organizations in the new era,combined with the historical and realistic investigation of the research objects,conducts the model construction of service-oriented party organization construction of college students in the new era background,including summarizing its principle,internal logic and core pointing,in order to deepen theoretical and cognitive aspects,and highlight the epochal trait of the theoretical research,which is specifically embodied in the sixth chapter.The fourth part is the path optimization of college students’ service-oriented party organization construction.Based on the basic theoretical analysis of the problem,relying on the theoretical content of the sixth chapter,the optimization path construction of the service-oriented party organization in the new era is carried out from the constituent elements of the service-oriented party organization construction of college students,which is embodied in the seventh chapter.This research has carried out a new investigation and examination of the practical activities of college students’ service-oriented party organization construction.Here are the innovative points:Firstly,the innovation of research perspective.This study takes college students’ serviceoriented party organization construction as an entry point,and conducts in-depth exploration of its factors,construction model,and practical paths involved in the construction process,which can broaden the construction of college grass-roots service-oriented party organizations,especially it is a research field of view for the construction of service-oriented party organizations for college students.Secondly,the innovation of ideas.This study points out that college students’ service-oriented party organization construction is an important way to promote college students’ self-education ability.The college student party organization must not only realize its political function,but more importantly,it has a strong educational nature function and is responsible for selfcultivation and education socialist qualified builders.Thirdly,innovation in the problem analysis framework.This study attempts to construct a systematic factor analysis framework for organizational construction of college students’service-oriented organization with the core of construction subjects,construction objects,construction methods and carriers,and construction environment.
