| In the past three years,the number of graduates of Yunnan Corps is large,which accounts for about 10% of the number of cadres every year.Graduates have become the main group of grassroots cadres.On the other hand,the Corps is faced with heavy tasks and fast-paced work.It is urgent for graduates to adapt to the army quickly and be able to use them when they are in place.Therefore,the importance of pre job training for graduates is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper focuses on the post ability requirements,takes the post responsibility requirements as the standard,adheres to the problem-solving guidance,and studies the problems and Countermeasures of the pre post training of graduates in combination with the current situation of the pre post training of Yunnan general team.Based on the purpose of this study,first of all,according to the required post capacity,we take the methods of informal discussion and questionnaire survey to analyze the post capacity requirements of platoon leaders according to the post capacity needs and leadership capacity needs.Secondly,by summing up the recent three years’ graduates of Yunnan general team,questionnaire survey,file statistics and assessment are carried out to analyze the current situation of the ability and quality of graduates of Yunnan general team.Then,in-depth research,conversation,summed up and analyzed the current situation and problems of pre job training for graduates of Yunnan general team.Finally,according to the needs of the post ability,combined with the weaknesses of the graduates in the aspects of command awareness,command ability,practical ability and personal quality,as well as the insufficient understanding of the importance of the pre post training of the general team,the lack of ability demand research,the unreasonable subject setting,the imperfect assessment and evaluation mechanism,etc.,from the elevation of the organizational management position,the continuous mobilization,the whole process organization of the special class,the summary and improvement The countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of revision,scientific and reasonable plan,combination of practice and exploration,effective assessment and evaluation.The training is carried out in the aspects of grass-roots post education,unit and resident honor incentive,grass-roots achievements publicity,learning basic laws and regulations,training command ability,solving basic problems,highlighting basic physical strength,paying close attention to the cultivation of style,establishing excellent standards,etc.,so as to improve the whole faculty.The training support measures are put forward in aspects of level,increasing funds support,strengthening coordination and communication,and making contingency preparation,which provides an effective reference for Yunnan general team and other forces to organize the pre job training of graduates in the next step. |
