Competency Investigation Research Of Undergraduate Monitors From Substratum Of Armed Police Mobile Division

We have barely done research on competency of undergraduate monitors which are persons in charge from substratum of Armed Police Mobile Division.Competency of them can affect development and management of Army directly.I did some investigation on competency of undergraduate monitors from substratum of Armed Police Mobile Division by some ways like Document Analysis Method,Questionnaire Survey Method and Interview Method.This thesis studied competency of them based on lots of literatures.Firstly after I knew the basic concepts of it,I made a model of competency and analyze the detailed features of this model through analyzing responsibility of them and utilizing theory of competency.Secondly I got to know perspectives and comments of competency’s problems by structural interview;and the influence from critical events through Behavior Event Interview Method.Thirdly I knew the problems of them by Open-Type Questionnaire Survey Method and submitted some corrective measures for improving.After investigation and on the basis of survey’s information,the conclusion is as following,1、 The main competency indicators of undergraduate monitors from substratum of Armed Police Mobile Division at present includes professional skills,occupation ethic,personal characters,physical conditions and ideological& political attainments.2、 On the basis of competency model,by analyzing and evaluating their competency,I specified main indicators including superior assessment,subordinate assessment,competency indicators and performance assessment.3、 After investigation on competency of undergraduate monitors from substratum of Armed Police Mobile Division,I found them lack of power of execution,appetency and innovation.Based on above problem,I provided some corrective measures such as enhancing talent training,scientific recruitment and perfect incentive mechanism.
