Research On The Comprehensive Assessment Of Safety Risk In The Military Teaching And Training Activities

The safety of military training is directly related to the generation of the fighting capability and the level of modernization and regularization of armed force.With the development of modern technology,the traditional empirical,extensive training and safety management concept already can not meet the requirements of the military training.Therefore,a mature modern safety management theory,especially for the systematic and information technology and methods,should be creatively introduced into the field of military training,in an effort to seek higher position and higher level on the innovation and development of military training.As an important part of military training,military education and training activities in colleges and universities are mainly embodied in basic physical training,military skills training and related comprehensive drills.The research on the safety risk assessment of teaching and training in military colleges and universities,as one of the important contents of training safety management,is of great practical significance and plays a fundamental and key role in the safety management of military training in military colleges and universities.This paper takes the military teaching and training activities of X college as the object of safety risk assessment.Firstly,the risk factors affecting safety in training are analyzed and identified.Then,we construct the assessment index system of training safety risk through Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)method,collect the comparison data of the importance of two factors,and calculate the index weight.Furthermore,the comprehensive assessment level of training safety risk is set,the data of the expert group’s assessment of training activities are collected according to the indicators,and the quantitative results of comprehensive assessment of safety risk are calculated by using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment(FCE)method.Finally,the results of security risk assessment are analyzed,and the organizational procedures and development Suggestions for comprehensive security risk assessment of military teaching and training activities are given.In general,the content and conclusion of this paper provide a new and effective solution to the safety risk assessment of military teaching and training activities in colleges and universities.
