Social order and public security threat to the public and the whole society urgently needs a harmonious security and stability of the public security and living environment,in order to meet this need,our country is increasing police resources configuration,prison police is one of the indispensable backbone force,plays a special function of punishment and reform of prisoners.However,due to the influence of staffing and national finance,the strength of China’s prison police cannot increase without limit.How to improve the efficiency and combat effectiveness of the prison police under the existing resources has become the top priority of the current prison police system reform work.The current traditional prison management pattern already can not adapt to today’s society rapid development and the change of the prison police work environment,such problems as low efficiency,lack of vitality has seriously restricted the work of prison police,investigate its root cause lies in the way of prison management is not enough scientific,seriously affected the efficient development of prison work.At this time,other enterprises,public institutions and social organizations outside the prison are reforming in full swing to adapt to the development of society,and "performance appraisal" has been included in their management.In view of this,the prison system can also introduce "performance appraisal" into the daily work and management of the prison,which can not only stimulate the enthusiasm of the prison guards,but also provide better services for the citizens of our society and provide a good public security environment for the society.Paper,on the basis of reading a large number of academic literature,based on a questionnaire of changzhi city X prison guards at the grass-roots level,analyzes the present situation of changzhi city X prison guards at the grass-roots level,performance appraisal,through literature review,field investigation the problems existing in the research of guards at the grass-roots level in performance appraisal and the related reasons,on this basis,the proposed optimization strategy of X prison guards at the grass-roots level performance evaluation.This paper consists of five chapters: Introduction introduces the research background,research purpose,research methods,etc.It is clear to study the performance appraisal of grass-roots prison guards in X Prison of Changzhi City.The second chapter combs the academic literature,defines the concept,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the paper.The third and fourth chapters analyze the survey results and data based on the first-hand information obtained from the survey,make a comparative study of the actual situation of the performance appraisal of grass-roots prison guards in X Prison of Changzhi City and the survey results,find out the existing problems and summarize the causes of the problems.The fifth chapter designs countermeasures and suggestions for the performance appraisal of grass-roots prison guards in X Prison of Changzhi City,and puts forward targeted suggestions and measures according to the existing problems.Through field research,it is found that the performance appraisal of grass-roots prison guards in X Prison mainly has problems such as imperfect appraisal methods,large subjective factors,and insufficient electronic information technology applied in the appraisal.It is mainly caused by the particularity of the work of the prison system and the cognitive deviation of the examination subject.Changzhi city X prison guards at the grass-roots level,perfect assessment need from perfecting examination methods,perfecting examination of the application of electronic information technology and other aspects,put forward to optimize X prison guards at the grass-roots level in the performance appraisal measures,at the same time hope that the research of this paper can be designed for field of prison police performance appraisal theory of experience in China.
