Research On The Poverty Of The Rural Disabled From The Perspective Of Social Work

On February 25,2021,General Secretary Xi solemnly declared that China had eliminated absolute poverty,lifting all 98.99 million rural people living under the current poverty line out of poverty,and more than 24 million poor people and severely disabled people received living and nursing subsidies.At the same time,the poverty of the disabled in rural areas has many new characteristics,and the relative poverty of the disabled in rural areas has become more and more prominent.Rural disabled people have ushered in the "post-poverty era",which is mainly manifested by relative poverty.The task of reducing the multi-dimensional poverty of rural disabled people and realizing the all-round development and common prosperity of rural disabled people has become more difficult.Based on the characters of Q village to microcosm,focusing on the village of poverty alleviation and the current status of poverty,using the method of literature and interview method to analyze characters of Q village poverty for the disabled,combined with interviews to the types of poverty from people with disabilities Poverty type features disabled Poverty and social work intervention case is particular expounded Q village status of disabled people out of poverty and poverty Also reflects the village poor accumulation of disabled persons and the intergenerational transmission of poverty,as well as the issues of Chinese risk big again.On this basis,this paper tries to explore the causes of poverty of the disabled in Q Village of northern Anhui Province from the social level,the community level,the family level and the individual level.Specifically,it includes the lack of multi-subject participation at the macro level,the lack of social power,the lack of professional social work support and the lack of high-Quality professional personnel.At the community level,it is difficult for the disabled to integrate into the community,the social exclusion is obvious and the informal network of the community is not perfect.The intergenerational transmission of poverty and the imperfect family support system in the middle and inner family level;At the micro level,rural disabled persons have limited labor ability.Therefore,through the discussion of the causes of poverty for the disabled in rural areas,we can reflect on the governance path of poverty for the disabled in rural areas from the perspective of social work,and analyze the role and function of social work in it,so as to improve the ability of poor disabled people in rural areas to lift themselves out of poverty and consolidate the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas.
