Research On The Application Of Political Symbols In The Image Building Of The Communist Party Of China Since The 18th CPC National Congress

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has kept pace with the times,made constant innovations,and carried out the anti-corruption work with iron and steel,which has made the party’s mental outlook take on a new look.At present,China is in a new historical position.We need to build political symbols with distinctive signs to maintain our own image,publicize policy ideas,and standardize social behavior.Political symbols shoulder the important task of shaping the image of the party and the state and disseminating ideology,and their symbolic significance far exceeds the actual significance of the symbol itself.From the perspective of political symbols,this paper discusses the current situation of the use of political symbols in the image building of the Communist Party of China and the realistic thinking of the current image communication of the party and the country.It is divided into five chapters to discuss the image symbols of the Communist Party of China in the new era.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the origin,significance,research status,research methods,research points and innovation.The second chapter summarizes the relevant concepts and theories of political symbols.Firstly,it clarifies the relevant concepts of symbols,political symbols,and political symbols in the shaping of the party’s image.On this basis,it expounds the relevant theories from three aspects: Western scholars,Marxist Leninist classic writers and Chinese Communists.The third chapter,the use of political symbols in the image building of the Communist Party of China since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,mainly expounds how to use political symbols to shape and spread the image of the party,what kind of image it has created,and what kind of characteristics it finally presents.First of all,the image of the party is divided into text symbol,sound symbol,behavior symbol and concrete object symbol according to the form of existence.Secondly,it discusses the image of the Communist Party of China created in the process of symbol communication,including the image of ruling for the people,the image of reform and innovation,the image of anti-corruption,the image of Green Party and the image of responsible big party.Finally,it summarizes the characteristics of political symbols in the process of application,such as intuition and symbolism,infection and plasticity,sociality and historicity.The fourth chapter,according to the use of political symbols,finds out the current problems and analyzes the reasons.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures according to the existing problems of image symbols.Firstly,transform the concept of symbol communication to enhance the cohesion of the party;secondly,supply political symbol resources to enhance social identity;thirdly,broaden the channel of symbol communication to enhance the sustainability of China’s power;fourthly,complete the construction of symbol system to enhance the execution of symbol mechanism.The last part is the conclusion,through the analysis of political symbols,to open up a new perspective,new direction and new path of the party’s image construction.
