Grid governance has become a basic and long-term task of grassroots social governance.All parts of the country are actively exploring new paths for grid social governance suitable for the region.In this process,Jiangsu Province relies on the support of big data and leverages manual labor.Intelligent technology has formed a "all-factor" grid-based social governance model with Jiangsu characteristics.Z Town is a pilot town under the jurisdiction of Tianning District,Changzhou City,the second batch of pilot areas in Jiangsu Province.It has been implementing full-element grid governance for more than two years.It has guided party building throughout,insisted on precise force,coordinated governance,and service.First,smart governance empowers,open up the "microcycle" of social governance,stimulate the "source of vitality" of social governance,practice the "values" of social governance,and extend the "wisdom wings" of social governance.However,during the operation,it was also found that there were similarities and differences between towns and streets in the process of promoting grid governance,and they could not be copied completely.Therefore,this article summarizes and combs the characteristics,overview and operating mechanism of full-element grid governance in township work,and takes Z Town,Changzhou as an example,analyzes the cases and effects of full-element grid governance in Z town work,and focuses on existing The structure and efficiency of the flow of grid matters is not high,the construction of grid members needs to be strengthened,the lack of participation of social forces,the existence of data and information technology barriers in grid governance,etc.,from the strengthening of the grassroots party organization’s comprehensive grid governance Leading role,improving the coordination and co-governance mechanism of grid governance entities,strengthening grid governance data information system construction and platform integration,enhancing grid social service functions,etc.Propose optimization suggestions for all-element grid governance in township work. |
