Research On The Maturity Of Government App Service Ability Of “Happy Qinhuangdao”

In recent years,people’s lifestyle has changed with the popularization of modern technologies such as the Internet,big data,5G,artificial intelligence and so on.The public service mode and form of government departments are also undergoing changes,which also put forward higher requirements for the standard of public service ability.In the sudden COVID-19 epidemic,"contact-less" government services have played an irreplaceable role in the epidemic prevention and control process,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for government APP.Government APP is in a stage that needs to be further refined and clearly positio ned.Q inhuangdao vigorously promotes the process of "Internet + government service",and "Happy Q inhuangdao" government APP emerges at the right moment.However,in the actual development process,it is limited by many factors,and its current development situation is not satisfactory.From the internal perspective of the government,this paper uses the maturity model to investigate and analyze the "Happy Q inhuangdao" government APP,effectively promoting the construction and development of government APP,improving the informatization and service quality of government APP,and enhancing the level of government digital governance and wisdom.First of all,this paper introduces the relevant theoretical basis of government APP,service capability,maturity and other relevant theories,and introduces the existing maturity model.Second,through questionnaire screening evaluation index to determine three first-level indicators and 10 secondary indicators,through the entropy weight method to determine index weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is chosen as the evaluation method,build the APP service capability maturity model,and finally to "happiness" qinhuangdao government affairs APP for empirical research,found that the APP service supply,service response,and there are defects in the maintenance of government internal breakthrough point to find out the cause of the insufficient ability,from the service awareness,improve the system guarantee,organization environment and increasing government input support,puts forward the path To help the service ability of government APP continuously improve,to better serve the people,to provide guidance for the development of national government APP,and to promote the maturity of government APP continuously.
