A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Grass-Roots Communist Youth League Participating In Community Governance

With the rapid development of economy and society,People’s needs are increasing day by day,and social governance is becoming more and more difficult.The community is the most direct organization to serve and contact the masses,and also the most basic unit to realize the effective governance of the country.In the early 2020 s,community responsibility and governance became even more important in the face of a sudden new outbreak of pneumonia.In China,the organization that Serves Youth Affairs on the largest scale is the Communist Youth League.Through continuous development and expansion,the number of league members has been increasing.The grass-roots Communist Youth League covers all fields and has a broad mass base,it plays an extremely important role in the socialist construction and modernization of our country,and the grass-roots Communist Youth League,as the "nerve tip" that perceives the youth recently,plays an important role in the community governance,therefore,the grass-roots CYL’s participation in community governance plays a key role in the effectiveness and level of China’s social governance.This article takes the M Community Communist Youth League as the research object,through Literature Research,field investigation,case study and questionnaire investigation,we have a comprehensive understanding of the functions of the grass-roots Communist Youth League institutions,the characteristics of its personnel composition,the ways of participating in community governance,the contents of its activities,and the level of its services to the youth,etc.,pointing out the advantages and problems of the grass-roots Communist Youth League participating in Community Governance,to study the work content of grass-roots Communist Youth League participating in M Community Governance in team building,social organization participation,youth ideological education construction,and youth service,to find out their problems and deficiencies in working methods,team building,integrated interaction and social resources,and to analyze the causes of the problems,it mainly lies in the following four aspects: The low degree of ideological attention,the insufficient social function,the lack of innovation in work content,and the insufficient degree of attention from higher authorities.Combining the results of literature research and Field Survey,from the aspects of perfecting the institution construction,improving the organization guarantee,innovating the service mode,changing the working style of the community staff,strengthening the youth management education and so on,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures for the grass-roots Communist Youth League to better participate in the community governance,in order to give full play to the role of social function,promote the healthy growth of youth,rely on the strength of youth to promote community governance to a higher level,provide effective advice.
