Research On Optimization Of Business Environment In Shandong Province

In recent years,resources have been allocated on a global scale,and resource exchanges between countries have been increasing and frequent.Optimizing the business environment is becoming more and more important for regional development.However,resources are limited,and it is impossible to distribute them equally.Under normal circumstances,resources will flow to a place with a good business environment,and market entities usually invest in a place with a good business environment.Where the business environment is slowly developing,it not only fails to attract new resources,but also loses existing resources.The World Bank has developed a business environment assessment system based on various indicators that affect the establishment,operation and exit of companies,and ranks economies around the world to reflect the development of the local business environment.As an important indicator of the degree of openness and development of a region,the business environment has received more and more attention from governments at all levels.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Shandong Province has attached great importance to attracting and retaining market participants and directing resources to local governments.The mobility within the region is utilized and promoted through a good business environment to promote high-quality economic and social development.The optimization of the business environment has a long-term nature.At present,Shandong Province has made many outstanding explorations in the process of optimizing the business environment,but there are still many problems and shortcomings.Compared with developed regions,there is still a certain gap,which affects the business operations in Shandong Province.Continuous environmental optimization requires timely adjustment of the measures taken in the optimization of the business environment in order to achieve better optimization goals.In the context of the deepening reform era,this article analyzes the problems existing in the optimization process of Shandong’s business environment by analyzing the status quo of the optimization of the business environment in Shandong Province and learning from the development experience of advanced regions.Then propose targeted solutions.And optimized the path.The research object of this article is the optimization of the business environment in Shandong Province.The structural arrangement is divided into five parts.The first part is the basic theory,which defines the difference between the business environment and other confusing concepts.The second part summarizes the main measures to optimize the business environment of Shandong Province from four aspects: government environment,market environment,legal environment and humanistic environment.The third part summarizes the current work of optimizing the business environment in Shandong Province by combining the background,concepts and characteristics of the business environment,and analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of top-level design,data barriers and service awareness.Was taken.The fourth part uses developed countries and advanced provinces(municipalities)as benchmarks to summarize the representative measures taken by advanced regions at home and abroad to optimize the business environment.The fifth part analyzes the existing problems and summarizes domestic and foreign experience,and further optimizes the Shandong provincial-level commercial operation mode from the aspects of establishing a good political-business relationship,simplifying the examination and approval procedures,and reducing the burden.For enterprises,the level of informatization has been improved and an evaluation system has been established scientifically.Reasonable directions and measures for the business environment.
