| The Young Pioneers’ Counselor is the concrete implementer of the Young Pioneers’ work and tasks.It has always been valued by Young Pioneers educators.The topic of how to promote the professional development of Young Pioneers’ counselors has always been an important research project in the Young Pioneers’ field of education.The reason is that Counselors will adapt their comprehensive qualities to the development of the times and development of young pioneers.Thereinto,the training of Young Pioneers’ counselors has received much attention.Supply and demand research is the first step in the training.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the training needs and supply of Young Pioneers counselors is the most important task in efficient training.Taking Inner Mongolia as an example,this research subject is to analyze training demand and supply of Young Pioneers’ counselors.Its aim is to get a comprehensive understanding of the training demand and supply situation,based on the analysis of the relationship between the two,and combining the attribution analysis and the young pioneers work reality,providing some feasible suggestions in order to realize the dynamic balance between the training demand and supply situation,to meet the needs of the development of the Young Pioneers.This research used a questionnaire survey,interview survey and other research methods,having a comprehensive understanding of the training demand and supply situation of Young Pioneers’ counselor.The investigation shows that,the counselor of Inner Mongolia have reasonable structure,good education,teaching experience,the vast majority of the school’s backbone in young adults.Training demand side,showing a strong demand for training and fuzzy demand coexist;mixed the generality demand and individuality demand;highlight the characteristics of external demand,the counselor professional development consciousness is not strong.Training supply side,pay more attention knowledge,technological doctrine,insufficient supply,ignore training demand,etc.Comparison analysis between the training demand and supply situation,we found that the current training demand does not tally with the supply.For attribution,found that basically has the following reasons:the training concept has a deviation,attention to the training is not enough;The training system is not perfect,administration is clearly dominant;there is a lack of effective communication channels between the participation counselor and training subject;weakness in training base,supply ability is limited;Low level of cooperation between related departments,resource integration is not strong enough;training system is unsound;the professional development consciousness of Young Pioneers’ counselors is not strong.Based on the present situation,on the basis of predecessors’ research results,try to put forward the following Suggestions:to the related functional departments such as ShaoGongWei advice is,increase the intensity of policy supply,optimize management of counselor training;improve the level of collaboration between the related subjects,and optimize the resources integration;establish communication mechanism between training subject and counselors;build a perfect,training system;suggestions for schools: shift the counselor training idea,attach importance to the counselor training;provide counselor with basic things for training;from the perspective of training organizer,the school should provide a variety of training methods;from the perspective of the demand side,the school should strengthen the communication with the training organizer of outside;suggestions to the counselor,enhance professional development consciousness;Clear their real demand,reasonable express training demands in reasonable way. |
