| The red scarf is an important material carrier for the young pioneers to recognize the organization and self-political identity of the young pioneers,and is the most distinctive identity symbol of the young pioneers.Taking care of the red scarf is the responsibility and obligation of each Young Pioneer,and it is also an important content of cultivating the political consciousness of Young Pioneer.At present,the use of the red scarf of the Young Pioneers is anomie,such as the use of non-standard,storage is not reasonable.The reason lies in both the deviation of cognition and the lack of behavior cultivation.Junior young pioneers due to weak self-control and self-consciousness and hands-on ability and physical coordination is yet to be development,so it can be shown as the red scarf of the cognitive,emotional,and there is a gap between one red scarf behavior,at the same time,the lower grade of the young pioneers plasticity is strong and has a great to the architect,is crucial to cultivate good manners.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to analyze the physical and mental characteristics of young pioneers in the lower grades,and combine cognitive education and emotional cultivation to propose behavioral training strategies and methods to cultivate their habit of caring for the red scarf,so as to promote and strengthen their political identification and positive emotional experience of young pioneers.This study on the analysis of the young pioneers,especially at low age the young pioneers of body and mind characteristic and the cognitive,emotional and behavioral training on young children’s behavior influence,adopt the method of action research,Z primary school in chongqing 42 for six weeks of care for the young pioneers in the red scarf behavior study of education practice.The research is divided into three stages.In the first stage,the influence of cognitive learning activities on the behavior habit of caring for the red scarf of young pioneers in lower grades was studied by explaining the meaning,use range,wearing method and keeping method of the red scarf.In the second stage,through the creation of theme activities such as the history of the red scarf,the deeds of martyrs,the red scarf and the national flag,the positive effect of emotional stimulation on cultivating the behavior habit of caring for the red scarf of young pioneers of lower grades was studied.In the third stage,through the demonstration exercise and game training of wearing and keeping the red scarf,the author studied the influence of behavioral training on cultivating the behavior habit of caring for the red scarf of young pioneers of lower grades.The results show that :(1)the cognitive and affective education of the red scarf can stimulate the motivation of the behavior habit of the young pioneers of the lower grade;(2)the problem of wearing red scarves is more prominent than the problem of keeping red scarves for young pioneers of lower grades;(3)The behavior training of wearing and keeping the red scarf can effectively cultivate the behavior of caring for the red scarf of the young pioneers of the lower grade;(4)The cognitive and emotional education of the red scarf can play a greater role in the training of the behavior and habits of the red scarf to the young pioneers of the lower grade.This study shows that the behavior training method aiming at the physical and mental characteristics of young pioneers in the junior grade can effectively cultivate their behavior habit of caring for the red scarf.According to the research results,this study puts forward four educational suggestions: first,when designing the educational activities of young pioneers of lower grades,we should pay attention to the comprehensive,interesting and continuous selection of activities.Second,when designing and training young pioneers of lower grade to cherish the red scarf behavior habit,we should take "line" as the starting point,increase the proportion of instructor demonstration and young pioneers hands-on practical operation,and should strengthen in time,repeated training.Third,in the process of cultivating the behavior habit of caring for the red scarf of the young pioneers of the lower grade,they can be appropriately inclined to the direction of wearing the red scarf.Fourth,the instructor’s demonstration function has a great influence on cultivating the behavior habit of caring for the red scarf of the young pioneers of the lower grade.The instructor should strengthen his study,improve his professional quality and give full play to the instructor’s leading role. |
