Study On The "Three Governance Integration" Governance Model Of Traditional Villages In Tongxiang City

Efficient governance is a crucial one in the general requirements of rural revitalization strategy,and also a key social prerequisite for rural revitalization.With the continuous updating of rural revitalization strategy,more stringent requirements and higher goals have been put forward for efficient governance.At the same time,corresponding support and help have been given in policies.Rural governance is not a phased work.Since the existence of rural areas,the content and form of rural governance have been constantly changing with the needs of economic and social development in various periods.With the further implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the governance model of "autonomy,rule by law and rule by virtue" has gradually spread to all rural areas in China.This paper uses the literature research method,case analysis method,and interview method to study the operation status of the "three governance integration" governance model of the traditional villages in Tongxiang City,and analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the operation,and finally proposes the "three governance integration" in the traditional villages of Tongxiang City."The optimized path for the promotion and operation of the rural governance model.First of all,this article defines the basic concepts of traditional villages,rural governance,and the integration of the three governances,and elaborates on the theory of collaborative governance and new public services;Secondly,interviews were conducted with government personnel,village committee cadres and individual villagers,and conducted investigations and researches on traditional villages in Tongxiang City,through data access,etc.,and conducted an in-depth analysis of Tongxiang City through case analysis of 3 village communities in Tongxiang City.The problems in the process of integration with traditional villages in the operation of the rural governance model that combines "autonomy,rule of morality,and rule of law" in the three villages of the city;again,on the basis of discovering these problems,find out the lack of governance bodies and traditions.Weak links such as cultural shock,and analyze the reasons for the problems presented;finally,put forward optimization suggestions from the aspects of mobilization of the main body’s enthusiasm,cultivation of non-governmental organizations,and full exploration and promotion of excellent traditional culture.
