With the gradual increase in the number of young police groups in the public security team,they have gradually become the firm guardians and enforcers responsible for maintaining public order and the safety of people’s personal and property.However,they are lack of professional training and immature professional awareness.Public security departments at all levels should adhere to the way of paying equal attention to education and management,attach great importance to the training of young police,and innovate the training methods,so as to fully understand the characteristics of young police and meet their work and psychological demands.The public security department of XX City is relying on the "smart political work" management service system to establish a career planning auxiliary mechanism that includes career assessment,training,job exchange,comprehensive evaluation,etc.,to achieve a win-win situation for organizations and specific police officers.According to the research design and framework,the research on the topic of XX city youth police training is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces and elaborates the topic selection background,theoretical and practical significance of this article,the domestic and foreign current situation of the research on young police training related topics,the research ideas,main content and research methods of this article.The second part is the theoretical analysis framework,which explains the core concepts of this study and constructs AGIL analysis framework based on relevant theories.In the third part,through the questionnaire survey,the problems in the current training of young police are found in practice.Combined with the current situation of young police in XX city public security system,starting from AGIL framework,from the adaptive function,the goal achievement function,the integration function and the potential Starting from the four levels of the maintenance function of the model,it analyzes the guiding ideology,training objectives,and training principles of young police officers.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of young police in XX city.Based on the AGIL analysis framework and the results of questionnaire survey,it is concluded that the cultivation of young police in XX city has some problems,such as backward adaptation function,lack of goal achievement function,low efficiency of integration function and lack of potential mode maintenance function;The fifth part is the main practice and Enlightenment of the training of young police at home and abroad.Starting from the welfare system,promotion system,assessment and training system and the construction of institutional environment,this paper summarizes the main practice of police training in the United States,Britain,France and Chinese Hong Kong,in order to find the police training experience that can be used for reference and promotion;The sixth part is the improvement countermeasures of the training of young police in XX public security system.Based on the problems existing in the training of young police in XX public security system,this paper studies the improvement measures of the training of young police under the guidance of AGIL theory,starting from strengthening the role of adaptation function,promoting the goal achievement function,improving the system integration function and strengthening the potential mode maintenance function.The seventh part is the conclusion of this paper,which summarizes the main content and findings of this study. |
