Investigation On The Effect Of "Work Training Research" Integrated Cadre Training In Xindu District Of Chengdu

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)clearly set a new goal of "building a contingent of high-quality and specialized cadres",requiring that cadres should "be both politically competent and highly competent".As the main channel for cadres in education and training,Party schools must shoulder the heavy burden of theoretical education and party spirit education and must take Xi Jinping’s new socialist ideology with China’s characteristics as guidance,and promote the vigorous development of the professionalization training of cadres.In order to effectively solve the problem of professional ability training for grassroots cadres,the Party School of Xindu District Party committee of Chengdu City has,since 2017,made full use of the action learning theory in the specific training practice,innovated and explored a new cadre training mode of "work training research" integration by comprehensively transforming the cadre training process in three stages and eight steps.After more than three years of teaching practice,this mode has shown great advantages compared with the traditional training mode,and has been highly praised by the organization departments and the majority of cadres.In order to further understand the actual effect of "work training research" integration cadre training and summarize advanced work experience,based on the research of domestic and foreign literature,this paper investigates the training related personnel through questionnaire survey and interview,analyzes the survey data by using relevant theories,and deeply understands the current situation of "work training research" integration cadre training.This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the "work training research" integrated cadre training mode,so as to provide reference for the reform of cadre education and training in grass-roots party schools.This paper takes integration of "work training research" in Xindu District of Chengdu as the research theme,and aims at finding problems,analyzing problems and putting forward reasonable countermeasures,and investigating and researching the training effect of "work training research" integrated cadres.The full text includes the following parts: Firstly,the background and significance of the research,and collecting and summarizing the relevant research on the evaluation of cadre training effect at home and abroad;Secondly,it elaborates the design and implementation of the survey.According to the characteristics of the "work training research" integrated cadre training mode,which covers the three stages before,during and after the training,it establishes a set of scientific evaluation index system by using the Coriolis four level training effect evaluation model;Thirdly,by using the method of questionnaire and interview,we can deeply understand the real evaluation of the training mode from the four levels of reaction,learning,behavior and result,and summarize the effectiveness of the training mode in the aspects of pertinence and effectiveness,and analyze the existing problems and causes;Finally,from the establishment of management system,the construction of assessment system,the improvement of training mechanism,the improvement of inspection methods and other dimensions,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the "work training research" integration of cadre training,in order to promote the further scientific and rational development of the training mode.
