Research On Multi Governance Of Rural Resettlement Community

In recent years,with the development of urban-rural integration,the process of urban-rural integration is also accelerating.Theexpansion of land requisition in suburban areas will lead to large-scale demolition,and a large number of landless farmers will also appear.In order to ensure that the land lost farmers live and work in the new place,centralized resettlement has become an effective management mode.The formation background and way of resettlement community is special,which is the difficulty of grassroots social governance.Based on the case study of J community in XF town of Guanghan City,this paper analyzes the role vacancy and relationship imbalance of different subjects under the multiple governance of this kind of resettlement community.It is mainly reflected in four aspects: first,the government’s governance authority is excessive,Second,the market co governance supervision is limited,Third,the lack of CO governance by social forces,Fourth,the residents’ consciousness of autonomy is weak.These problems are caused by a series of problems,such as the failure of corporate governance,the absence of multiple roles of residents’ committees,and the lack of community governance.In this paper,combined with the relevant knowledge of public management,the problems of resettlement community are studied.This paper makes a tentative discussion on the solutions to these problems,focusing on the analysis of the power and responsibility boundary between multiple subjects,clarifying the relationship among the government,community neighborhood committee,property company,mass organizations and residents,so as to ensure the function of different subjects and solve the problem of multiple co governance of rural resettlement communities,Enrich and expand the theory of public governance.
