Research On The Optimal Path Of Community Psychological Services Supply In Weinan City From The Perspective Of Social Governance

Since the reform and opening-up,our country’s socialist political system reforms have continued to advance,the socialist market economy has developed steadily,and the people’s living standards have continued to improve.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.While making great progress in economic strength,people’s livelihood security and social ecology,unhealthy psychological problems such as anxiety,depression,and hatred of the rich have also increased significantly,and the resulting social contradictions and social insecurity incidents frequently occur,making the social governance face new challenges.In this context,our country has proposed a strategic plan for building the system of public psychological services,and has issued and promulgated a series of policy documents to provide macro planning and direction guidance for its development..Among them,community psychological services is the key part of the social psychological services network.It is the organic integration of community governance and social psychological services at the community level.Its orderly advancement is of great significance for resolving contradictions and conflicts in the grassroots society,improving residents’ satisfaction,and improving the efficiency of grassroots social governance.Based on this,this article takes the supply of community psychological services as the research theme,and clarifies the necessity of optimizing the supply of community psychological services and the composition of supply elements from the perspective of social governance.Then the article selects Weinan as a research sample,uses survey methods including questionnaire survey,interview,and KANO model analysis methods to understand and grasp the current situation of the supply of community psychological services,and identifies and classifies the psychological services needs of community residents.Furthermore,through the comparison of actual supply and demand trends,the article summarized the problems in the supply of community psychological services in Weinan City,including: single service body structure,insufficient professionalism of service supply;limited scope of service objects,low awareness of psychological services;imbalance of service content supply and demand,and the accuracy of supply urgently needs to be improved;service methods are relatively fixed,and the convenience of service acquisition is not good;insufficient service guarantee support,lack of high-quality power supply.Finally,in order to effectively solve the above problems,promote the optimization of community psychological service supply in Weinan City,and improve the governance level and governance ability of the "heart-ruled" at the grassroots level.This research adheres to the demand-oriented principle and proposes an optimization path for the supply of community psychological services in Weinan City,which specifically includes: promoting supply reforms,cooperating with multiple entities to build co-governance;expanding the scope of services,weaving a strong psychological services network;targeting residents’ needs and promoting the precise supply of service content;optimizing service methods to ensure smooth and accessible service supply;strengthening service guarantees and increasing support for psychological services.
