Rerearch On Strengthening Of Young Rehabilitation Police In New Era

Over the years,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to drug control.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly proposed important instructions on drug control,which emphasizes the need to implement drug control with Chinese characteristics,so as to resolutely win the people’s war on drug control in the new era and provide China solutions for world drug control.As a key link in the drug rehabilitation system,the compulsory isolation and drug rehabilitation work by judicial administration plays an important role in publicizing and popularizing the laws,regulations and technical methods for drug rehabilitation,educating and handling drug addicts,and maintaining the social stability order.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that Chinese development has entered a new era.The main contradictions of Chinese society have changed,and there are more needs and expectations on a better life for the people,which puts forward the requirements for the realization of the high-quality development of compulsory isolation and drug rehabilitation by judicial administration from "existence" to "good".Drug rehabilitation police are the talent guarantee to promote the high-quality development of drug rehabilitation work.Therefore,it is urgent to accelerate the cultivation of a high-quality,professional and professionalized drug rehabilitation police team.As the the future and hope of a drug rehabilitation police team,the cultivation of young drug rehabilitation police should be strengthened,which is also the intention of resolutely implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s instructions on strengthening the cultivation of young cadres.In this paper,through five chapters,starting from the basic connotation of the new era,the basic concept of judicial administrative isolation and drug rehabilitation work,the necessity and cultivation goal of strengthening the cultivation of young drug rehabilitation police in the new era was analyzed,together with the dissection on the main factors affecting the cultivation of young drug rehabilitation police as well as the main problems existing in the current cultivation process.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening young drug rehabilitation police in the new era were proposed.The above elaboration,in fact,answers the three basic questions of "reasons for cultivation strengthening","aspects to be strengthened" and "ways on cultivation strengthening",providing a path reference for the cultivation of young drug rehabilitation police in the new era.
