Research On The Struggle Against Bureaucratism In The Central Soviet Area

Bureaucratism has always been a persistent disease in social life,a social ideology that is high above the masses,divorced from reality and does not act according to the rules.Bureaucratism always breaks out repeatedly and cannot be cured for a long time.However,the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the anti-bureaucracy work since its founding.Persistent bureaucratic ills corrode not only the ethos within the Party,but also the relationship between the CPC and the people.Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the importance of building a clean and honest government and the harm caused by the unhealthy tendencies of bureaucracy.During the period of the Central Soviet Area,the Communist Party of China carried out a series of explorations and struggles,adopted a series of effective measures,achieved very good results,so that the Soviet Government was strongly supported by the people,and was called "the most non-corrupt government" in the history.This paper takes the Central Soviet Area in the struggle against bureaucracy as the research object,through the Central Soviet Area in the struggle against bureaucracy to make efforts and measures taken,from which we can learn lessons and get practical enlightenment.At the beginning of the establishment of the Central Soviet Area,under the influence of feudal residual ideology and other aspects,the ideological quality of Party members and cadres in the Soviet Area was mixed with the good and the bad.The idea of being an official and making money in the government was still strong.Moreover,due to the imperfect system and mechanism in various aspects,there were many bureaucratic phenomena such as corruption and waste,perfunctory responsibility and so on in the Party and government organs.This greatly jeopardized the ideals and beliefs of the party members and cadres in the Soviet area,destroyed the purity of the party,damaged the relations between the party and the masses,aggravated the Soviet tension,seriously affected the enthusiasm of the cadres and the masses to carry out the party’s policies and principles,and damaged the military strength of the army.Under such circumstances,the Communist Party of China led the people in resolutely fighting against bureaucratism and took timely measures to contain and prevent the occurrence of bureaucratism,which won wide support from the people of the Soviet area.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Soviet area produced a batch of model figures,model counties and townships,which greatly promoted the development of the central Soviet area and achieved the most non-corrupt government in history.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: elaborated the establishment of the central Soviet area and instructions on the internal and external environment of the central Soviet area was the central Soviet area against bureaucratic background,and points out that under the background of this bureaucratic forms of expression,such as perfunctoriness,leadership problems,work mechanism problems,can not correctly exercising their functions and powers,out of the crowd,and so on.The second part: Analyze the bureaucracy of the Central Soviet Area.It mainly analyzes the causes and harms of bureaucracy in the Central Soviet Area.The third part: Introducing the struggle against bureaucratism in the Central Soviet Area.This paper analyzes and introduces a series of work and actions in the struggle against bureaucracy in the Central Soviet Area,and sums up the great results achieved in the struggle against bureaucracy in the Central Soviet Area.The fourth part: Through the analysis of the anti-bureaucracy struggle in the Central Soviet Area,the summary of experience,combined with the current situation,the practical enlightenment.
