| Under the influence of Internet technology,the reform of the government management system in our country has continued to deepen.The government website is an important part of government transformation.The development of government websites can effectively improve the administrative efficiency of government departments,reduce administrative costs,simplify government service processes,enhance the political people interact,government and enterprises and establish a clean and efficient government image.As the most closely connected grassroots website,the district-level government website relates to the fundamental interests of the majority of the people.A set of scientific and effective performance evaluation system of the district government website is constructed to provide guidance for the construction of the government website.Xuanwu District of Nanjing is rich in various resources and complicated in government affairs.This article will take the Nanjing Xuanwu District Government website as the research object,and comprehensively investigate the comprehensive level of public services provided by the Xuanwu District Government website from different perspectives.Provide directions for future construction and development.Based on the government performance evaluation theory and customer relationship theory,this paper adopts the research methods of combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,on the basis of literature research,using questionnaire survey to design and modify performance indicators.This paper designs a set of performance evaluation index system for Xuanwu District government website from three aspects: the supply ability of government website,the influence of government website and the user experience effect of government website.From these three aspects,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to evaluate.Finally,the comprehensive average score of government website user experience effect index is lower than the other two indexes.According to the evaluation results and scores of indicators at all levels,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions based on the successful experience of other developed countries and advanced cities. |
