Research On The Employment Security Of Land Lost Farmers In X District Of H Province

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the new urbanization construction for the first time.Urbanization is not only the demand of urban development,but also the demand of farmers’ integration into urban construction and development.In the process of urbanization,it is not enough to focus only on the increase of urban scale and urban population.We also need to pay attention to the transformation and improvement of urban environment,lifestyle,industrial development and other aspects.We also need to pay more attention to the improvement of people’s clothing,food,housing,social security,employment security and other aspects.We should always keep in mind the people-centered development Concept.In the process of large-scale construction in X District of H Province,a considerable number of land lost farmers will be produced.Moreover,the generation of land lost farmers in X District of H Province is passive,and they are the people who make sacrifices for urban construction.To solve the problem of employment security for landless farmers is of great practical significance to "let the people get more benefits,have a real sense of acquisition" and "people-centered".It is of practical and strategic significance to promote the development of X District in H Province and other regions,and also has reference significance to the new urbanization construction in other regions.Through on-the-spot investigation and interviews with relevant government staffs,this paper finds out that district X of H Province has done a good job in ensuring the employment of landless farmers from the following aspects: formulating employment and entrepreneurship policies,implementing employment and entrepreneurship training,increasing employment and entrepreneurship support,and holding special recruitment activities.It has achieved continuous increase in the number of jobs,sustained growth in the number of employees,and significant improvement in skills reserve It’s a good effect.By selecting some representative land lost farmers for in-depth interviews,it is found that there are some problems in the employment security of land lost farmers in X District of H Province,such as the land lost farmers’ employment and entrepreneurship policy is not in place,the land lost farmers’ employment and entrepreneurship training is not accurate,and the land lost farmers’ employment and entrepreneurship service system is not perfect.According to the actual situation of land lost farmers in X District of H Province,and absorbing the experience of employment security of land lost farmers in other parts of China,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to do a good job of employment security of land lost farmers in X District of H Province.The first is to improve the land lost farmers’ employment and entrepreneurship policy;the second is to improve skills through precision training;the third is to build a modern employment and entrepreneurship service system.
