Research On The Synergy Of Women’s Federation In The Prevention And Treatment Of Domestic Violence In Wuxi Binhu District

Family and everything is prosperous.The Chinese nation has always attached importance to the family.President Xi Jinping has emphasized the importance of the family on many occasions.He pointed out that as long as the family is harmonious,the country and the nation can be booming.Domestic violence affects not only the harmony of the family,but also the stability and development of society.Anti-domestic violence work has always followed the principle of combining education,correction and punishment.Recently,it has gradually advocated and led prevention.The Chinese Women’s Federation has a high degree of integration between the party and government and the people,with political attributes and mass attributes.After the promulgation of the Anti-Domestic Violence Act,It is quite meaningful to carry out research on the synergy of women’s federations in the prevention and treatment of domestic violence.As a trial location of anti-domestic violence in Wuxi,The Binhu District Women’s Federation has implemented initiatives such as collaboration with other departments to actively promote anti-domestic violence.On the basis of absorbing the research results of the predecessors,this paper summarizes the differences and practices of the definition of domestic violence at home and abroad,analyzes the main body of prevention and control of domestic violence and its internal system,based on the theory of cooperative governance and the the "duality" clarifies the synergy of the Women’s Federation in the prevention and control of domestic violence.On the basis of absorbing the research results of the predecessors,this paper summarizes the differences and practices of the definition of domestic violence at home and abroad,and analyzes the main body of prevention and control of domestic violence and its internal system.This article takes the theory of cooperative governance as the starting point,based on the "duality" and focus function of the Women’s Federation,and clarifies the synergy of the Women’s Federation in the prevention and control of domestic violence.By studing the practice of anti-domestic violence by the Women’s Federation of Binhu District,this paper deeply analyzes the process and effectiveness participation in the prevention and treatment of domestic violence,discusses the characteristics and existing predicaments of the anti-domestic violence prevention and control work organized by the Women’s Federation.It discussed how grassroots women’s federations can effectively play a synergistic role in the prevention and control of domestic violence.Shortly,through this research,we will continue to play a role in the synergy of the Women’s Federation in the prevention and control of domestic violence,and improve the social support system for women who are victims of violence,so as to achieve effective prevention and treatment of domestic violence.
