Discourse Analysis On The Communication Of The Consciousness Of The Chinese Nation Community By Mainstream Media In Border Areas

Political discourse is an important intermediary for political communication content to reach the audience.How mainstream media construct the consciousness of the Chinese nation community through discourse is related to the overall situation of national work in the new era.This study takes the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the earliest established autonomous region in China,as an example.Through content analysis and discourse analysis,this study combs the discourse and discourse strategy characteristics of Inner Mongolia Daily in the construction of " diversity in unity " ethnic identity and national identity since the reform and opening up,clarifies the commonness and individuality of discourse characteristics in different political contexts,combs the challenges of consistent discourse strategies in the new era,and discusses how mainstream media cultivates the consciousness of the Chinese nation community in the context of governance.The study finds that there is a relationship between political context and political discourse.Since the reform and opening up,with the change of political context,the orientation of government discourse subject and the equal reporting perspective are in line.Content original starting channel,report genre,content form keep pace with the times.Discourse changes from emphasizing ’ individuality ’ to ’ commonness ’,from emphasizing political identity and mutual trust to emphasizing cultural identity symbiosis,which is concentrated on the expression of ’ Chinese nation community consciousness ’ in the current stage.In the context of governance,the bureaucratic communication mode of mainstream media in ethnic minority areas needs to improve the feedback mechanism,the audience matching degree of original starting channels and the channel integration degree of discourse presentation are not very significant,the cultural identity needs to be highlighted,the correlation between discourse and audience needs to be improved,and the concept of political communication needs to be established to promote the integration of communication mechanism,communication channel and communication discourse.
