The sense of community of the Chinese nation is the foundation of national unity,the foundation of ethnic unity,and the soul of spiritual strength.Casting the consciousness of the Chinese national community is the fundamental direction of the construction of national unity and progress,universities with ethnic characteristics are the main front of the education of national unity and integration of various ethnic groups,and college students’ consciousness of the Chinese national community is an important content of the current education of national unity in colleges and universities.From the point of international vision,UNESCO advocated "cultural interactive education" concept in recent years,both advocate between different cultural groups to achieve mutual existence and mutual respect,more emphasis on their status in this respect by fair for interaction and dialogue,strengthen the communication with each other,to achieve mutual recognition,promote the cohesion of every nation and culture,to achieve the sustainable development of each country culture,the concept and China idea coincides with mine.Across ethnic relationship is the guarantee of cultural interaction can be,and various ethnic blend the important way of communication,communication across ethnic association for all ethnic groups is to deepen the source of the ethnic communication,community consciousness of the Chinese nation is the ethnic blend exchanges expect purpose and final requirements after the communication,so the research of the Chinese nation community consciousness and exchanges across ethnic relationship is very necessary.The education approaches of the consciousness of Chinese national community and inter-ethnic communication also need to be improved according to different periods,different regions,different ethnic groups and different universities,so as to ensure the deeper promotion of the consciousness of Chinese national community and the longer development of inter-ethnic communication.Through literature analysis,found that the Chinese nation community consciousness and there is a correlation across ethnic contacts,at the university of ethnic characteristics,due to large scale over from other colleges and universities,college students across the ethnic group exchanges are frequent,based on this,this study selected ethnic characteristics of 613 university students as the research object,by the method of questionnaire investigation,interview,college students’ community consciousness of the Chinese nation and associate across ethnic overall situation and each dimension and the differences in the demographic variable analysis,to explore the college students’ community consciousness of the Chinese nation and across ethnic exchanges between inner link and influence mechanism.Based on the perspective of education,this paper puts forward educational countermeasures to enhance the consciousness of Chinese national community and the level of inter-ethnic communication among college students.Through the discussion and analysis of the research results,the following three conclusions are drawn:(1)The total score and all dimensions of the consciousness of Chinese national community of college students are at a high level,and there are significant differences in the consciousness of Chinese national community of college students in gender,ethnicity,accommodation and student cadres.(2)The overall level of inter-ethnic communication among college students is relatively high in all dimensions.There are significant differences in inter-ethnic communication among college students in gender,ethnicity,grade,student origin,discipline type,accommodation and student cadre.(3)The consciousness of Chinese national community and various dimensions of college students are positively correlated with the overall and various dimensions of inter-ethnic communication,and the consciousness of Chinese national community can significantly predict inter-ethnic communication.Based on the above conclusions,this study makes the following recommendations:(1)The school should further improve the cultivation system of the consciousness of the Chinese nation community.(2)Teachers should enhance the cultivation of students’ consciousness and behavior dimension of Chinese national community.(3)Students continue to strengthen the theoretical study of the consciousness of Chinese national community.(4)Teachers actively pay attention to the individual differences of college students in the process of cultivation.(5)Encourage schools to implement the student cadre rotation system and ethnic mixed accommodation. |
