| Food safety has a bearing on the lives and health of hundreds of millions of people in China.It is the most basic social issue and plays a fundamental role in ensuring people’s survival and development.Ensuring food safety is an important responsibility of the government.Administrative interview is a new law enforcement method adapted to economic and social changes,which is favored by various administrative organs and widely used in various administrative fields.In order to improve the quality of food safety administrative supervision and innovate the means and methods of law enforcement,the competent department of food safety issued normative documents in 2010,requiring local governments to establish a food safety administrative interview system.However,the provisions of this normative document are too principles-based,and the operation of the interview is not strong.There are some problems,such as unclear scope of the interview,closed operation of the interview,imperfect procedures of the interview,and lack of relief and supervision.This article through the analysis of the legislative situation of food safety administrative appointment system,combined with the practice of the system,from the interview subject,delimits the scope of questioning,complete interview program,reasonable setting the processing of questioning,perfect the supervision mechanism,improve the relief mechanism and so on,improving Suggestions to our country food safety administrative appointment system,in order to enhance the system operability in practice,protect the legitimate rights and interests of questioning to participate in the main body,improve the administration of food safety the ability and level of administrative supervision. |
