Research On China's Food Safety Administrative Interview System

Along with the rule of law and continuous progress of democracy gradually deepening,Administrative interviews plays an important role in administrative enforcement.It has been widely used in food field.The newly revised "food safety law" for the first time will be interviewed to rise to legal level.Food administrative interviews are used in law enforcement practice abundantly and has many practical problems.But the academic circles did not conduct in depth research.Thus,this paper has carried on deep analysis of food safety administrative interviews,in order to gain widespread attention by academic circles and improve.This article adopts the combination of empirical analysis and literature analysis,going deep into its study of food safety administrative interviews.This text has carried on theoretical analysis of food safety administrative interviews.It clarified the concept and nature,also conducted an analysis in elements of food safety administrative interviews,aim to deeper understand all kind of sides of food safety administrative interviews.Interview has used to food safety widely.But it also has some problems at the legislative level and in practice.Therefore,this text explore the perfection from legislation subject procedure supervise and relief concept,in order to supply a basis framework in the practice and operation of food safety administrative interviews.
