Investigation Report On The Practice Of Legal Service Workers At The Grass Roots Level In Luliang City

In China,the Grass-roots legal service workers are a product with the characteristics of the times.They came into being in the wave of reform and development,and played an important role in the process of China’s rule of law.However,due to the lack of clear legal status support and other reasons,the aura of Grass-roots legal service workers gradually faded,the development from prosperity to decline,fell into difficulties,and the personnel team shrank.Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is still necessary for Grass-roots legal service workers to exist.They are the powerful grasp of our country’s adherence to the rule of law and the construction of a country ruled by law,and are the beneficial weapons to relieve the worries of the people and dispel the haze of contradictions for the society.If we want them to continue to glow,it is urgent to find a way out for them.Taking Lvliang City as an example,this paper investigates the practice status of grassroots legal service workers in Lvliang City by means of on-the-spot investigation,discussion and questionnaire survey.On the basis of analyzing the causes of their development difficulties,it finds a path for Grassroots legal service workers to seek development and improve legal service.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is an overview of Grassroots legal service workers.This paper defines the concept,expounds the general situation of development,and discusses the necessity of its existence from three aspects: the construction of a country ruled by law,the professional legal service team,and the diversified dispute resolution mechanism.The second part mainly discusses the practice of the Grass-roots legal service workers in Lvliang City.Through on-the-spot visit,discussion and questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the basic situation and operation status of Grass-roots legal service workers in Lvliang City,and finds out the problems and difficulties existing in their practice.The third part mainly analyzes the causes of the problems in the practice of the Grass-roots legal service workers in Lvliang City.Due to the unclear system,the lack of access mechanism and security mechanism,the lack of supervision and management mechanism,and the low sense of social identity,there are some problems in their survival and development.The fourth part mainly discusses how to promote the development of Grass-roots legal service workers and improve their legal service level.We should work in a multi pronged way to inject vitality into Grassroots legal service workers by clarifying the legal status,strengthening the government’s institutional guarantee,standardizing the working mechanism,strengthening service management,expanding publicity and enhancing social awareness.
