Research On The Pension Mode Of Ulanqab City

Most countries in the world have entered the stage of population aging,and as a series of social problems caused by old-age care have become increasingly prominent,how to choose a scientific and reasonable old-age care model has become one of the research hotspots of academic circles.Compared with other countries,the reality of China getting old before getting rich,running into an aging society,the establishment of a short-lived social old-age security system and the ever-weakening concept of family units all make China’s old-age care face considerable difficulties.Ulan Qab City is located in the central part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.In 2016,more than 270,000 permanent residents were over 65 years old,accounting for about 13% of the total population.Compared with the data of the sixth national census,an increase of2.34%.Far exceeding the 7% internationally recognized social standard for aging,Ulan Qab has entered the stage of population aging.As a strong animal husbandry city in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the grassland area of Ulan Qab City accounts for about 3/5 of the total area.Despite the rapid economic development in the recent period,the overall level is still lagging behind.The city’s economic development is relatively unbalanced,the income gap is large,the construction of elderly care facilities is relatively backward,and the elderly care system and supporting facilities for elderly care still have a lot of room for improvement.This article takes the pension model of Ulan Qab City as the research object,and analyzes the development trend and development characteristics of the elderly population in Ulan Qab from the phenomenon caused by the aging society.A comprehensive study of the current situation,problems and causes,and development countermeasures of the model has revealed that Inner Mongolia’s elderly care mainly suffers from problems such as large urban-rural development gap,broad demand but insufficient market,lagging development of the social elderly care system,and low quality of elderly care services.On the basis of advanced experience in the development of the elderly care service industry at home and abroad,we will clarify the social elderly care service model and adopt a combination of "government-led and market operation" methods to deal with the development problems encountered at this stage,which will further help Ulanqab City.Provide suggestions on the scientific selection and model construction of the elderly care model.
