A Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of "Three-illegal " Foreigners Of City A

City A is located in the west of Sichuan province,adjacent to Chengdu,Ganzi,Liangshan and Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous prefecture.Strength increasing in recent years,along with our country opening to the outside,in addition to some foreigners through the legal way to A city tourism,visiting relatives,studying and working,more and more foreigners by the illegal entry and employment,living in A city to the city is seriously disrupt the normal order entry,and affects the social order and stability of the city,"three not" problem caused social and academic attention and discussion.From the work,the author learns that,although the local public security organs of A city have taken the lead in clearing and remediation for more than ten times since 2003,many foreigners still enter A city through illegal channels for residence and employment.In particular,the phenomenon of illegal entry and illegal residence of foreign women in A city from neighboring countries is quite typical and prominent in the whole province.Therefore,the author decided to make an in-depth investigation.This article will determine the "three a" foreigners as the research object,in addition to collecting relevant data in a work,also to various counties（districts）even deep "three not" foreigners gathered in the remote mountainous area of investigation,around the county public security bureau exit-entry administration department（group）,community or village management and local people communicate discussion and questionnaires.Literature research,survey,questionnaire and descriptive statistical analysis were used in the researchThis paper analyzes the number,nationality composition,distribution and causes of the "three non-foreigners" in City A,and summarizes the harms and potential hidden dangers caused by three different groups of people.Finally,by referring to domestic and foreign governance experience and relevant theories,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures and Suggestions for the governance of "three non-chinese" foreigners in view of the predicament existing in the current governance,in the hope of making contributions to the solution of "three non-Chinese" foreigners in City A.
